I contacted Camron and another out of town builder. I chose Bigfoot for several reasons and boy an I glad I did. Camron sent pictures with up dates of the project. And Camron impressed the insurance adjuster with his abilities and his reasonable prices so when extras were needed the adjuster spoke directly with Camron and approved the payment. I worked construction years and I'm am very impressed with Big Foot Builders. I hope I never have another tree fall on the house but I will always call Camron for my construction needs.

We purchased a beautiful home on Guemes Island, off the mainland of Washington state. The house has lots of character and many custom elements, including wood trim from native trees. As such, we needed to find a contractor who respected and appreciated the craftsmanship and who would make an extra effort to retain the high quality and look. Our first major project was to transform a tiny powder room into a 3-piece bath with shower. After interviewing several contractors, we decided to go with Cameron and Bigfoot Builders. He was extremely detailed in his project scope and pricing. He was also the only one with an online website which was customized for our project and where we could check on timeline, progress, change orders, etc. Working with Cameron was very easy. He took 360 degree photos and translated them into a diagram that showed the amount of space we had and what could be done with it. Since we had a large closet on the other side of the wall with the sink, he proposed that we utilize some of that space for the shower, while keeping the remainder of the space as a very usable clothes closet with shelves. Timing was a bit delayed, but not due to their work. Being on an island has its challenges and the ferry accessing Guemes was out for 6 weeks so, by the time we could actually get started, it was well into peak season and we had to work with each subcontractor (electrician, plumber, tile, etc) as they became available. Cameron was really good at communicating dates of availability and trying to move things up when he could. Each of the subs did exceptional work, so no complaints there. Cameron worked with us with the colors and materials and offered valuable input. The result is very functional and high quality, maintaining the craftsmanship and look of the rest of the house. The materials allowance included in the estimate was generous, unlike many contractors who try to keep those costs minimal. Cameron understood what the desired final look would be and was able to procure high quality materials. He even had an extra tall custom shower door built rather than a standard off the shelf door so the look would be more cohesive. The shower door will be installed today and I am looking forward to the final, finished look. The bath is situated between a bedroom and media room and really looks like it is an ensuite to the bedroom. It does not look like an add-on. I can't say enough about the high quality work that the Bigfoot team does. Kyle, who was working hard the whole project, did exceptional work, even according to the other subs. He framed out the shower stall perfectly, so perfectly that the man who came to take the shower door measurements had to take them three times because he could not believe how perfectly the job was done. He told me that "they could have just sent me the measurements and saved me a ferry ride". The entire Bigfoot team is a pleasure to work with. Everyone is pleasant, respectful, and eager to please. This is such a welcome departure from other contractors that I have worked with. Even smaller, miscellaneous tasks like a sliding door lock (which my husband mangled) were done with cheerfulness and attention to detail. This company has upped the bar for their competition. I will be doing other projects with them.

Great place for cabinets, kitchen or bath, and kitchen design. Just finishing a full kitchen…read moreremodel, mostly done remotely until recently, and Jennifer has been fantastic throughout. She worked well with the design we brought from our designer, and helped when I was stuck or wanted to change things. She has a great eye for kitchen design. We went sort of "moderate mid-Century" and I'm thrilled. Importantly, she is very responsive to questions and concerns. While we had a designer and a contractor working on some aspects, our contractor was gone for a long while, so we used Jennifer's main cabinet install guy--and he was fantastic. Lovely man, careful, just a gem. She had great suggestions for where to find the specific type of cabinet glass I wanted, and places to look for tile, etc. I ended up buying the cabinet hardware from her, too. It was exactly what I had in mind, and the price was fair. I love it--it is gorgeous. There are zillions of choices for that stuff and it was wonderful to have a good but not overwhelmingly large selection of hardware, at various price points but all good quality, right there at Creative. We also ended up picking our quartz countertops there-there was a large selection from many vendors and we were happy with the choices. We used the fabricator and installation folks she recommended and she quarterbacked all details. We are very happy with Creative Cabinets and would recommend them. I'll definitely use them for any other cabinet/remodel needs, like a bathroom, etc. Jan, who also works there, is very friendly and helpful, too. They seem like a great team, and I am delighted that they are also local--makes things so much easier.

They had many samples and were in no rush to explain all the options, colors, quality levels and more. The final result is gorgeous and I feel the quality is even higher than expected.
