Absolutely amazing experience! I was looking for a new head spa in Orange County and came across this highly rated place, so I decided to book an appointment. I was worried they wouldn't have availability, but I called very early in the morning (before they opened) and, surprisingly, Nick answered and was able to book me for the first time slot at opening. The spa experience was incredible. It was the perfect combination of a massage, facial, and head spa treatment. My scalp feels so clean, it's amazing! Thank you to everyone here for the attentive service and wonderful experience. This place has 5 stars for a reason. Come check them out. read more

We had a 70 min hair spa. It was a little difficult checking in and getting set up due to a language barrier but we were able to get it all sorted. We were pleasantly surprised by the hair spa because we didn't realize it also included a massage and mini facial. Our hair also felt so nice and silky after. One small caveat was that I was glad I didn't wear my contact lenses bc a lot of water was being put on my eyes when they were cleaning my face off from the mini facial. Overall, we would come back! The price is very attractive and the services are good quality! read more

Had such a good experience here! The head spa was sooo relaxing, and I loved how gentle and attentive everyone was. I honestly felt so refreshed and relaxed afterward. Definitely coming back again! read more

The staff at Jolye Beauty Head Spa were extremely professional and communicative. They truly cared for my first time experience. The experience itself was amazing - from the massage and facial, to the head care, I felt very relaxed and well taken care of, and my hair has never felt softer. I would definitely recommend this business for the wonderful experience I had. read more

I really appreciate them when I needed to change my appointment a bit early. It was a relaxing moment from beginning to end. Not only it's super easy to make an appointment, they are very responsive with text, I appreciate the man who's in charge for the appointments and explaining all the menus. I really enjoy scalp spa and have been going to several different places around OC / SGV areas. This is one of the places that I'd recommend. Yes they are new, but all the staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have several options to choose from with different duration times as well. I tried their 120minutes signature and it was divine! I can't wait to come back with a friend so we can relax together :) read more

I found my new favorite headspa in OC! My therapist was Ashley and she was amazing. My husband and I wanted a headspa in the middle of our day and were so happy that they were able to take us as walk ins. We got the 120 minute treatment and it was so good. What separated Jolye Beauty from other headspa in the area is they include a full arm and foot massage. The shampoos they use is not the regular lemongrass or tea tree shampoos and something that very soothing. When they were blow drying my hair, they used a minty massage oil to do a last minute massage and I loved it! I felt so pampered during my treatment and I can't wait to bring my family here next time! read more

WOW! The service my parents and I experienced was a 10/10. They kept me updated on how late they were running well ahead of time (wasn't that late at all) which allowed us to plan accordingly. They accommodated us WELL BEYOND what we could've imagined and it honestly felt like we had a private spa session. I truly could not name one bad thing about my experience We did the option for the head, neck, shoulder massage & it was amazing. They washed & blow dried my scalp and the overall experience was so relaxing. Will forever recommend this place to everyone. Thank you thank you to everyone at JOLYE Beauty! I can only imagine how big this business will grow in the future. Wishing you guys the best of luck and a happy new year :) read more

We have been here multiple times and have never been disappointed! The owner is absolutely lovely and the experience is 5 's!

I went to Joyle Beauty for their 120-minute House Special ($120), and it was honestly worth every dollar. From the moment I walked in, Nick (the owner, who also manages the front desk) was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. You can tell he genuinely cares about the experience he's creating. The spa itself is tucked at the end of a plaza, away from the main busy streets, which makes it feel quiet and unexpectedly tranquil. While the space is smaller, it actually adds to the experience - it feels more intimate, private, and very well maintained. Everything was extremely clean, and the decor is simple but calming. The service is where they really stand out. The scalp acupressure alone was something I didn't realize I needed - it relieved so much tension. My massage specialist was incredibly thorough and worked through my lymph nodes from head to toe. It started off a bit intense because of how tight my muscles were, but quickly melted into deep relaxation. The foot massage was also a highlight - so good. Between that, the deep tissue work, and the hot stones, it really felt like a full-body reset. At one point, I completely knocked out. I ended up having one of the best nights of sleep I've had in a long time afterward. Booking is currently done by phone since they don't have an online system, but it was easy to make an appointment. They do accept credit cards with a small 3% fee, or you can pay with Zelle or cash. Overall, such a fantastic experience. The level of care, detail, and value you get here is hard to beat. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

My hair has never felt as soft as it is after this head spa appointment. The service was wonderful, and the staff make sure to keep you comfortable throughout the whole experience. The shoulder and neck massage was very relaxing, and I wasn't expecting a facial treatment, but my skin feels very refreshed. My scalp is squeaky clean after the deep shampooing and blow dry. read more

Highly recommend to try this head spa! I had been wanting to try it and found this place on yelp. Great experience getting a scalp massage. The lady worked on my face, neck, shoulder scalp massage, shampoo and conditioner. All of the products used were better than my own because my hair has never felt softer lol They also thoroughly blow dry your hair afterwards. read more

I have come 3 times and am very pleased with the service, quality, and experience each time! Amazing prices too! Will keep coming back!

i came here twice to do the 75min package and it's so relaxing! great service and they are really nice too. the only downside is that you hear the lobby and streets so would've been better if it was a bit quieter but when nobody is in the lobby, it's fine! reasonably priced for what it is read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Their service was amazing! From the moment I walked in, the owner greeted me warmly with a cup of herbal tea (which was delicious!). Everything was ready before I arrived, so there was no waiting around - just straight into relaxation. The space had a cozy, rustic vibe with a light, relaxing scent. The lighting was a bit dim, so if you need more brightness while changing, just let them know. A quick tip for the ladies: wear something strapless or use nip covers for extra comfort since you'll change into a tube towel for the shoulder massage. Ms. Trinh took care of me, and she was fantastic! She was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable, checking if I preferred the massage light, strong, or somewhere in between. Her attention to detail was impressive - she even massaged each finger! The foot massage technician was great too. The whole experience - from the atmosphere and customer service to the quality of the products - was top-notch. They even let me use my own sheet mask since I have sensitive skin, but their products are high-quality, so no worries if you don't bring your own. I also appreciated small details like having filtered water in the restroom. The price was super reasonable for such excellent service. I really hope they can keep it this way while maintaining the same quality. I have looked around the area for a Headspa, most of their full-service are up to $200 but unfortunately without stone massage/leg massage. This place offered such an reasonable price with both limbs massage and stone massage as well, so impressive! One thing I'd suggest to be improved: The facial gua sha massage could be a bit longer and with more pressure - it felt too quick for me to fully enjoy. Overall, it was a great experience. 9.5/10! I'll definitely be back with my mom for her birthday. read more

Ahhhh where do I begin? From start to finish the service was amazing! I was celebrating my birthday and always wanted to do the hair spa with the cool shower ring! Found this place on Yelp and reached out immediately. Nick the owner was VERY responsive! He accomodated my party up until the very last minute with unexpected schedule changes. I got the VIP package which included a foot massage and it was AMAZING! The owner even bought me a cake from 85 degrees bakery my birthday - SO SWEET! It was such a nice gesture! This would be the perfect place to bring your loved one or have a girls event (Bachelorette party, bday celebration or even Mothers Day)! We will definitely come back. Pro's: *Ambiance was perfect (felt like a true spa) Decor was beautiful - u can tell he put a lot of thought into it! *Tea was so yummy *Plenty of Parking Con's: *It was a little hard to find (it's on the side of a strip mall so easy to miss) but that's a part of the charm is that it's secluded!! * the maximum they can accommodate is 5 at the same time, but this is not a big deal bc not everyone in my party got the same package so they didn't wait too long for a station to become available. read more

I initially saw this place featured on TikTok so I decided to take my boyfriend and I here and it was a great experience. The prices are very fair, and the services are done with care and expertise. We both came out of the place like we just took a nice nap, our hair was clean and dried, and we felt great overall. If you'v heard of the head spa trend and wanted to try, this place is definitely an awesome place to dip your toes in to see what you like/dislike. The employees are nice and the experience was great from beginning to end. read more

Amazing and very friendly staff. The service was excellent. My godmother and I truly appreciate the relaxing experience, the ambiance, and hospitality. Absolutely worth every cent. 10/10 recommend!!! I do wish they had plus size robes but I just wore a tube top and thankfully it was no issue at all!! I felt zero judgment after the robe didn't close for me unfortunately. Even though I felt a little embarrassed, I was extremely grateful for the staff making me feel extremely comfortable. I cannot wait to go back and I literally recommend this place to all my friends, family, and coworkers. So if anyone is searching for a good head spa this is a great one! read more

A+ experience from beginning to end. Nick helped me book my appointment, texted me the menu of services, and provided helpful info on parking. When I arrived, he greeted me by name and handed me off to the therapist who would be taking care of me. I was directed to a private area to change and was provided a locker for my bag and belongings. I chose the house special which included the full head spa experience plus shoulder, neck, head, face, arm, and foot massage as well as a variety of facial treatments. Everything was fantastic and it was clear that the therapists working on me were meticulously trained and eager to provide a positive experience. Nick even brought a nice cup of tea for me to enjoy during my blow dry. Aside from the fantastic service, the place was incredibly clean and well-maintained- while the location is quite unassuming from the outside, it's a lovely retreat on the inside, and quiet to the point that when my service was over I was surprised to see another guest in the draped area next to me as I hadn't even heard her come in. Most of us don't have the time or resources to treat ourselves whenever we feel like it, and when I make the time to do something nice for myself, there's nothing better than walking away with the feeling that it was time and money well spent. The team at Jolye delivered the relaxing, therapeutic experience I was craving while also delivering unparalleled customer service from start to finish and truly making me feel valued and cared for. This was my first head spa experience and Jolye won me over- I'm going to make this a recurring treat and never see the need to try anywhere else! On a more practical note, parking was no problem for me at 10am on a Sunday- however, when I left shortly before noon, 2 cars were stalking my spot. Depending on the time of day it may be worthwhile to come a bit early just in case. Also, it's tucked away in somewhat of an unexpected location and is not visible from the street so I suggest to drive slowly the first time as it's easy to miss. Finally, no worries on communication if you're not Vietnamese-speaking- Nick's English is perfect and I was able to communicate with my therapist no problem. read more

We had a mini girls spa trip here and really enjoyed it. Tucked away at the end of the strip mall where it's quiet. This hidden gem is a must visit. The gentleman that greets you is very welcoming with impeccable English that I can appreciate. They really strive to give you the best experience. We did the $45 for 50 min spa treatment and it was great. read more
