Shelving leaves a lot to be desired. only a couple were of great quality and were banded all around. Others were just smoothed wood on front with rough edges on the other three sides. This does not allow for flipping the shelves during their lifetime if one side of shelf has an issue. Even after showing Andy the shelving, his comment was "are you really going to be able to feel those shelves way up there?" What?!! I paid for basically a new car's worth of cabinetry...I expect new car quality in my products! Shame Timberland!

It is difficult to find someone that has a good reputation and that is fairly priced and is available to work on your project. I had received many quotes, and many other contractors were unreliable, over-priced, and some were just not willing to commit to the project. I am lucky to have found MC and his crew which have all been extremely pleasant and have been reliable, on-time, trustworthy and have gone above and beyond to make the whole experience pleasant.

Adam Floyd is the owner and gave me a warm welcome, even though I did not have an appointment. He spent time showing me different options for bookcases and made a sketch on the spot to show us his idea for our very large blank wall. We scheduled a time for Adam to come over to the house to take a look at the space. He was able to design a bookcase that went along with the existing cabinets in the house. He suggested adding a desk with drawers and that was an excellent suggestion because we had not thought about the need for a desk. Adam was aware that we did not want to spend a fortune and was able to come up with a very affordable design. The timeline for all of this was very quick. Even with the Christmas/New Year's holidays, I think everything was designed, ordered and installed in about two or three weeks. Once the materials were in, the bookcase was built in one day. My husband was skeptical about the need for custom bookcases. I told him he would love it in the end and he does! The living room was transformed because of this gorgeous feature and we could not be happier. I HIGHLY recommend The Closet Company for your custom storage needs. Next on my list for Adam is to build me a Murphy Bed for the Man Cave!

The end of the week came I had to call them for an update only to find out the cabinets were not there right color and would have to be refinished. Now it'll be another week to 10 days before I can finish my clients kitchen. A kitchen that normally takes only a week to demo and complete. My clients are not happy with their service as they are without a useful kitchen. Insult to injury there has been no apology, amends or remorse. It just good business to push to provide the product you promise making it priority especially when you mess up.

The scope was all new flooring, new kitchen, new bathroom, new powder room, and new paint and lighting throughout. We interviewed a few contractors and after meeting Daryl and Shelbie, the owners of TrueMark Construction, we felt we found a fit. They have a professional process and approach, starting with a formal design that helped us decide the new layout, materials and colors. After design we felt comfortable with how the finished product would look and went under contract. The construction process put together by Daryl was seamless. He provided constant communication with us to ensure we were aware of any issues, what was going on and what was next. He even provided a weekly video walkthrough of progress if we were not available to discuss it in person. There were only a couple change orders, initiated by us, where we added to the scope. TrueMark had no issues with us requesting these changes and they were able to keep within the original timeline. The final product is exactly what we expected, perfection. From the perfect tile work to the custom cabinets to the incredible design results, we could not be more pleased with TrueMark. If you are looking for a company who is, professional, prompt, detail-oriented, and trustworthy, TrueMark is who you want to trust with your product. Thank you Daryl and Shelbie!

One concern with construction is always the mess and dirt that travels throughout the house. This was NOT the case with Daryl and his crew. The dust was very well contained and vacuumed daily, plus these guys were on their hands and knees cleaning the covered floors with a sponge often. It truly was a pleasure to work with True Mark! We are disappointed they are moving so we can't use them for our next job.
