This entails a three hour round trip, 10-15 dollars in gas and 12 dollars in toll charges. Discussed this issue with the office manager but was not offered any compensation for the return trip due to the original picture being rejected. This is an update to my original review. After my review posted, the office manager reached out to…read moreme and apologized and told me that Danny was out on maternity leave so none of my voice mails were getting to him. Unfortunately, they weren't getting to anyone else either. For that I apologize to Danny. That does not explain why his voicemails were not being monitored and passed on to someone else, or why the voicemails I left on the office number were not answered. This is a real communication problem in that office that needs to be addressed. The office manager then told me that my refund was being processed, which I accepted while wondering why she did not offer me the option of just rescheduling the appointment. Two days later, I received a call from Danny who was now back in the office and he apologized for the snafu. I asked him if I still had the option to pick a new date for the exam. He said of course and I accepted the offer. I am grateful that we were able to work this out because that is all I wanted in the first place. Everyone I dealt with there was polite and professional so I have upped my rating to 4 stars, with one star deducted for the fact that if proper office procedures were in place, this would have not happened.
