Had my procedure done after after I had the surgery in the morning that evening while I was at home about 9 o'clock. The surgeon called me to check on me asked me if I was needing my pain medication and just very interested in my condition and how I was doing. The next day I went back in to receive my Hand plants. It took about 30 maybe 45 minutes. They gave me some more information. I asked some more questions. Two weeks later I went back they made some adjustments gave me some more information to help me for the next four months when I go back again for another check up. The entire team staff in the office are so supported and caring about their patients and their situations. They are very professional experienced and very accommodating 24 seven just about you can call them anytime and ask anything. Horrible,Horrible, service and finding out that the hardware they used is old and outdated hardware…read morethey charge you thousands of dollars for outdated hardware.my wife's temporary teeth chipped instead of fixing and replacing their work with out cost we had to pay 400 dollars for them to grind that tooth down , they didn't replace their defective work ,every visit to correct any of their defective work will cost you . Took my wife to a different dentist which after the initial visit 80 dollars let her know that the hardware she had was outdated and that several more temporary teeth had hairline cracks and soon to fall out ,teeth weren't porcelain,estimate that was given to remove temps and replace with new permanent porcelain teeth with the newest hardware plus other facial cosmetic that clear choice didn't even address when they removed the original teeth. 13000 +. So don't look away run away or spend your hard earned money for their tv commercials and their uptown offices ,because you surely not paying for grade A teeth.
