This is a real communication problem in that office that needs to be addressed. The office manager then told me that my refund was being processed, which I accepted while wondering why she did not offer me the option of just rescheduling the appointment. Two days later, I received a call from Danny who was now back in the office and he apologized for the snafu. I asked him if I still had the option to pick a new date for the exam. He said of course and I accepted the offer. I am grateful that we were able to work this out because that is all I wanted in the first place.
