Henderson Roofing did a phenomenal job for our Clapboard Siding repair. The day after I called…read morethey sent Steve out to review our project out for a quote. I immediately received an email message with the detailed pricing structure and their insurance information. We were under an extreme time crunch as we're trying to get our house on the market, and I also needed to schedule our house painters before the end of the painting season. Steve, our sales representative was phenomenal at working with Caleb, the project scheduler to get us scheduled, so we wouldn't miss the timeline. They were also very responsive with my messages and urgency concerning if the electricity would need to be disconnected as some of the work was near our breaker box and.main lines, even scheduling Derik, the project manager to ease my anxiety. I really appreciated the very quick responses scheduling, and work that was completed! Everything was very professional from start to finish and the crew did an amazing job not only with a repair but also the cleanup. The total job only took one day and because of their responsiveness, we were able to schedule our painters before the end of the season!! Included are just a few pictures of some of the work we had completed, although there was more. I highly recommend Henderson Roofing!!

Our experience started with the first initial estimate, provided by the owner Mr. George Denison. He gave us a prompt and extremely fair quote for all labor and materials which are warrantied. A neighbor had replaced a roof, two years prior, which was the same as ours with a company who had charged 3k more. Everything was documented and any questions we had were promptly answered. The workers on site were hard working, polite and beyond professional. The site was cleaned up each day and the finished product was outstanding and completed in two and a half days. They came to finish the job on a Sat morning. After the first day of work, we actually received a call from Barbara. She works in the front office and she called to just check in with us to ensure that we were satisfied. They told me they have been in business for over 50 years and I definitely can see why. If you need a roof done you only need to check out one place. That is GA Denison and Sons Inc.

Paid him for half the job with the time set for him to come back. He changed day, then changed time. Needed to reschedule so we texted a few times to get a day and time that worked for both of us. We settled on day and time which he pushed off later but then had family emergency. This was third time no show without any call or text. Then he talked me into scheduling again and did not show or call. This time he had a car accident. Then after trying to get him to bring parts and receipts I was blocked on text. So went to nextdoor and messaged him, he had phone stolen. Not reliable and if you search him on Nextdoor there is at least one lady that paid him in full and he ghosted her without finishing job. Stay away

Those qualities seem to be rare today, even moreso, when juxtaposed. Jeff worked with me on scope (where he could) and was generous. If there's such a thing as a beautiful roof, we now have one of them. My expectation is that I needn't look any further when quoting work for our property (and JFK does more than just roofs)... I think JFK Roofing might just have stolen my future business from the competition. Thanks, Jeff!
