iKids preschool truly feels like a family. This was our first time placing my then 18-month old in…read moreday care. I was so nervous, and hated the idea of someone else watching my child. The director Paulette made me feel at ease every step of the way. She made herself available throughout the day those first few weeks and would answer allll my questions and give me constant updates. I love that the school has an app to provide daily pictures, nap times, diaper changes, etc. the teachers always make time to chat with you if needed. I initially planned on changing schools when my daughter turned 2, but we love it so much we're here until she's off to kinder. Within a week, my daughter felt at home. She now get sooo excited when I tell her we're off to school. Eternally grateful for the staff, who gives me the ability to have some "me time" and work from home.

After checking out multiple pre-schools in Kendall, we had a hard time deciding on a place that…read morewould meet our expectations in all areas. We needed a place where we felt comfortable with management, the teaching staff and the curriculum. ikids surpassed our expectations. We found in ikids a wonderful loving staff, a director who's on top of her game making sure her school is in order at all times, and a learning curriculum that proved immediately to be far more focused and effective than the school where our kids were previously enrolled. Our kids love it here. They love their teachers, their friends, and unfortunately, at the time I am writing this, they miss their school since COVID-19 shut the county down. However, the director has been quick to respond by providing [truly engaging] virtual learning classes and offering child care for parents in need during this crucial time. She was kind to reach out to us to let us know the safety measures they have taken to keep the children safe within the government-issued guidelines in case we need a place to take a our kids while we restart work-life or even if we need to look for work. I could go on and on about their family activities, extracurricular classes, holiday events, and their great relationship with parents, but just try them out and find out for yourself. We are very thankful we found this place!

Little Champs has a complete classroom and play Gym with Rock Climbing Wall, Monkey Bars, Balance Beam and a lot of other obstacle courses made for toddlers. Little Champs offers Baby and Me Classes, Preschool, Homework Help, Day Camps on school holidays, Day Camps during Holiday weeks and even Parents Night out! All of the classes are super structured and the place is extremely maintained and clean. My son who is in Pre-K4 has been coming here for homework help and he has been doing amazing in his sight of words and spelling tests. The owner has a PhD in Developmental Psychology so she super knowledgeable in working with Babies and Child Development. All of the teachers are extremely kind and patient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for maybe drop off their kids on School Holidays or Homework help!

I found this school during COVID and it has been the biggest blessing for my child. The owner is not only kind but incredibly knowledgeable in child rearing and development. As are all the teachers. The classrooms are small and the teachers work with the students one on one, reaching the kids where they are at in their development. Everything is done through play based learning which is a game changer. They also have a great gym for the kids to get all the wiggles out throughout the day. My daughter has now graduated and is on her way to kindergarten reading and writing at a first grade level. She is also pretty competent in arithmetics. I have no doubt she will continue to shine thanks to the foundation provided by little champs. I would not recommend any other preschool but this one for someone who truly wants to see their children thrive and grow into confident caring individuals.

We've had our son at PreTech Academy since he was just 2 years old, and I can confidently say this…read moreschool has been an amazing experience for our family. He has gone through Pre-K2 all the way to VPK, and the growth we've seen is incredible. The teachers are truly nurturing, caring, and very engaging with the kids. They make learning fun while still focusing strongly on academics, which is very important to our family. My son can write his first and last name, is learning how to add and subtract, and is leaving VPK already writing words and understanding letter sounds (which is so important!). He's also doing very well with CVC words and scored highly on the Florida VPK assessments, which really shows how well they prepare the children for kindergarten. The staff in the front office are just as amazing they know not only my child's name, but also his siblings who don't even attend the school. That personal touch means so much. The director is always present, greeting families and knowing parents by name, which creates such a warm and welcoming environment. Another huge plus is how clean everything is. The school does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness, and my child rarely gets sick, which speaks volumes. Overall, the entire staff is warm, caring, and truly invested in the children. We are so grateful for the love, attention, and strong educational foundation our son has received here. Highly recommend!

Over the past few months, I've encountered repeated instances of misinformation, poor…read morecommunication, and a clear unwillingness to take responsibility for avoidable mistakes. When I addressed a billing error (which the school initially confirmed would be added to my tuition), I was sent an email falsely claiming I hadn't paid. When I questioned this, I was met with dismissiveness and conflicting information. I later confirmed -- through the parent group chat -- that I was misled about the nature of the email distribution. Instead of owning the error, the director chose to deflect. Even more concerning, Ms. Rodriguez has attempted to tell parents we are not allowed to discuss issues with the school in our WhatsApp group chat -- a platform completely unaffiliated with the school. This attempt to silence feedback only adds to the feeling that leadership is more focused on controlling perception than actually resolving concerns. After raising my concerns via email, I was also blocked from viewing the school's Instagram Stories -- a move that felt retaliatory and unprofessional. Additionally, despite respectfully requesting that all communication remain in writing, one of the school's owners refused and insisted on a phone call. When I declined for documentation purposes, I was dismissed and never contacted again. Another owner, the Principal of Pinecrest Glades Academy, never responded to my message at all. It also appears that Ms. Rodriguez may be attempting to downplay or hide issues from other families -- potentially due to the fact that her own child attends the school. This presents a troubling conflict of interest, especially when decisions and communication seem more focused on image management than transparency or child well-being. This is not the type of leadership I expect from an educational institution. Parents deserve accountability, open communication, and professionalism -- not censorship, avoidance, and retaliation. I'm sharing this review in the hope that Pre Tech Academy leadership begins to value the trust families place in them.
