If you call Albert with concerns about not only your children but with the other parent who's alternating documents forging my signature as well as other things while your living out of state Albert will not only Ignore you emails and calls but he will have a personal relationship with children's mothers and even if they fail to arrive on time to pick the children up he will not call the father or mother that's out of state instead he'll call the grandparents of the mother who failed to pick the children up & release your children to a nanny you never heard of while leaving his business to personally drive around looking for the mother of my children at hospitals, her job, the police station. Not once did Albert call me and let me know what occurred. I had to book a flight within 24 hours get my children from a stranger nanny I didn't know, and my children ended up sleeping at her and her husbands home. How did I find out something went wrong..?? you can be a mother of 2 in your mid 30's trying to party on South Beach mid day.. I guess Albert wanted to help her hide this from me. I'd stay away from this school and owner. I really want to sue him. Thank you Miami Sheriff PD for letting me know my children were safe and letting me know exactly what the mother of my children did. Can't say the same for Albert.

It's conveniently located…read moreat the Medical Center by Jackson hospital, the University of Miami and the Miami Dade Courthouse which is great for employees that work in the surrounding area to drop off their kids in a nearby location. It's also fairly new, it's been open 6 months more or less. They accept children 18 months to 6 years old and therefore I don't have a kid that age but my coworker/best friend drops off her daughter every day and I usually go with her to either drop off or pick up her up. The staff is friendly and are always aware for the safety of the children and know who is picking them up all the time. So far I've heard no complaints and my friends daughter has learned a lot since being there since they teach a non traditional style of learning, Montessori. BTW Montessori is a method of education that is based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play. In Montessori classrooms children make creative choices in their learning, while the classroom and the teacher offer age-appropriate activities to guide the process. Children work in groups and individually to discover and explore knowledge of the world and to develop their maximum potential. They are a little pricey I think $700-800 a month but worth it if you can.

His teacher Ms Sujata is attentive and caring, she is brilliant at observing the child and providing just the right stimulation and support. She played a crucial part in building our son's confidence, developing his social skills, emotional intelligence and broadening his knowledge. She has given us plenty of great tips on how to support our son through various challenges. She is a professional you can trust every step of the way. I really appreciate that the school has a strong value system, so kindness and respect are truly FELT in the classrooms. My son is quite sensitive, so it was precious to have peace of mind and know that he feels safe at school. Last but not least, the school administration has been very responsive and forthcoming to meet all our needs. This kind of flexibility and personal approach is impossible to find anywhere else from my experience. I highly recommend Village Montessori to parents that are looking for excellent early education. It's a classic Montessori school with high standards, the teachers and director regularly advance their education, and we could see how the management are constantly striving to improve things - teachers training, free seminars for parents, events, classroom improvements, etc. We are really grateful to Village Montessori, Ms Sujata, Joan, Mike and the team for creating such a special community and experience during the formative years of our child's life!

Unfortunately, the ownership and management are very disappointing and overshadow the positives. Activities get canceled (such as music) with no communication to parents. There is constant penny-pinching -- parents are repeatedly given long shopping lists (30+ items) for small things like napkins and supplies, even when bringing food. Costs go up every year, yet services and activities continue to be reduced. When concerns are raised, Ms. Meybis shows little interest in resolving them. Each complaint is met with the same reaction, and no real action is ever taken. It's frustrating to see tuition increase while the quality and offerings decrease year after year. Because of this, we ultimately chose to leave. I would strongly recommend parents look elsewhere -- Kinuvu on 22nd is a much better option.

Anyway, a week at this facility was more than enough to discharge my son because he got Covid! For the first time in 2 years! Me and my husband both are vaccinated because we take it very seriously! I'm currently pregnant with our second baby and couldn't even imagine the consequences If this Covid situation would happen to me! I had to isolate myself from my own child! The school don't check on babies! Parents doesn't care about there kids coughing they send them to school anyway! And guess what? No refund because all this school care about as money! My kids thrived here and were truly cared for in every way. My son left this school not only potty trained, but also independent, confident, and full of grace and courtesy. Both of my children now greet others with a warm "good morning" or "hello," something that has carried over beautifully into their new school. I've even been told multiple times that they are model students, and I know without a doubt it's because of the love, hard work, and dedication poured into them here. My daughter also left this school reading and writing with confidence, speaking in such a mature and thoughtful way for her age. The foundation she received here continues to shine through in her new environment. As Montessori says, education is a partnership between teacher, parent, and child and this school lived that truth every single day. I could not have done it alone, and I'll forever be thankful for the foundation they gave my children.

First, let me start with the cleanliness of this school, which is very important to me. The care and love they have for the children are evident, and I'm not just speaking for my own. Even though I know she's the favorite... shhh, let me not say that out loud. lol. The routine and lessons have taught my daughter discipline, independence, and manners. She is in the Spanish-only class, which I feel is very important. She counts 1-15 in Spanish, knows all her basic colors, animals, and much more. She sings, dances, and is pretty much as happy as can be every single day. She loves her friends and visits the ones that have moved on to the bigger class. This is the best investment anyone can make for their kids. I love Ms. D, Ms. Belkis, Ms. Mayleni, and Ms. Isabel, and I also appreciate the other teachers as well. Love,

It took months to…read morebe able to receive a call back from the director and every time I would go in person I was always told she had "just left." I was finally able to tour the center, and I loved the layout of it and the activities the children were doing, the place was very peaceful when you walked in and everything seemed very put together. However, when tours are scheduled, I feel that people are always on their best behavior. I enrolled my kids in at the last minute and decided to drop them off in the middle of their day because I was running late that day. The toddler class was fine, and my son walked in happily. But when I handed my baby over to the infant class, I was completely disappointed. The teacher for the infant class was playing Cocomelon for the kids on her phone. A real Teacher would know that any screen time before the age of 18 months has detrimental effects on a child brain, especially shows like Cocomelon, which are designed to be addicted to babies and toddlers (literally, look it up.) I spoke to the director right away and informed her that I was not comfortable leaving my son in that class because the teacher was giving the babies screen time without the knowledge of the parents. The director said that she was not aware that this was happening and that it must've been a one time thing. However, when I asked the teacher why they were watching Cocomelon and she said that she used it as a transition for them to get ready to go to the park, which makes no sense. The director of the daycare was really nice and offered a trial week, but overall, I will not be enrolling my kids here simply for the fact that the teachers are doing things behind the directors back. Had it not been for that, I would've been happy to enroll my kids into this daycare as they had a lot of good programs for the kids.
