My child used to go here until I noticed many things occurring that I was not happy with I noticed constant changes in staff and unfortunately Directors. I've always been on edge with the safety curccumstances due to my child's teachers are constantly changed with no notice, no introduction and with the Director leaving who gave me so much comfort I have had enough. They have very poor communication skills and never have answers to anything I ask. This greatly effects my child as they are always confused , never know their teachers names and sometimes mornings are so rough because they refuse to go. I have friends who take their children to other locations and have had bad experiences as well. I do not recommend Alphabet Learning Center.

It really isn't any of my business if it makes her happy for herself, but the incompetence really shows when they start to fit into stereotypes taking care of babies. I didn't make it more than a week after what I saw last year. We made it only 3 1/2 months this year.

The staff would tell me my son was bad all day and not get into much detail. As professionals, I thought I would get tips or help on what I should do to help him out and get adjusted. They offered nothing. His classroom was right by an exit to the playground and he would run out and that's the reason why they told me he couldn't attend any more, as well as his aggression towards other kids. If he's running out the door, isn't that a problem on the staff's behalf? For people who deal with kids, I figured they would know kids could be aggressive at times, especially a 2 year old. How do they not know how to deal with that? Because of his behavioral issues I suspected they were mistreating him. He stopped napping and he loves naps. As a result, I would pop up at random times and he was always in a high chair. I believe they had him there for extensive amounts of time. He was isolated from his class and unoccupied. I will be reporting them to who ever I need to.

The owner of this facility (Ms. Latoya) is extremely unprofessional, arrogant, and utterly rude to…read moreparents as well as her own staff. I honestly never wanted to write a review as I am very reserved, especially when I have to entrust someone with my child's care and wellbeing. (I am a foster to adopt mom and I also hold my license for this, so I try to remain as professional as possible in all situations.) I planned on leaving the facility after the Summer program ended and never looking back, but today was the final straw. The owner decided to speak to me in a very disrespectful deportment in front of children, parents, as well as staff members while picking up my son from the end of the year "Picnic in the Park" event. She loudly made ignorant comments and remarks to me from across the park in an ill-mannered way, as my son and I were leaving. This was the most loutish behavior I have seen thus far from someone who is supposed to be a professional with children under their care. This all originally started towards the beginning of her Summer program after she refused to apologize or even admit that she was wrong about incorrectly adding up the cost of all field trips for the Camp. She began by texting me at 6:44a.m. on Friday July 8, 2022 accusing me of cheating her out of funds for Summer activities. Please also keep in mind that I paid for everything in advance before it was even due. She was in fact incorrect and it was proven. Even with the error on her end she still refused to apologize and had the audacity to have an attitude with me, because she was proven wrong. She stormed out of the building at that time and even continued to show her haughty demeanor on a daily basis since the incident. If a parent is asking for clarification on something it is common courtesy to speak to them with respect; which the owner did not display. I wish that I could post the screenshots of the deranged text messages that were being sent to me by this woman, but it is against policy for Photos and Video Criteria. Hopefully I have been detailed enough though for those in need of a review. If I ever get the go ahead to post the screenshots of the text messages she sent to me I will gladly do this for any proof needed for fellow parents as they have been saved to my device for reference. I previously liked this facility, but I noticed the staff constantly changing and leaving one by one with no notice. She even lost an amazing retired CPS teacher (Mrs. Coleman) and I should have read the writing on the wall after her departure. At this point, the turnover rate is awful and now I understand why. I have witnessed her speaking poorly to her staff first hand and was in absolute shock that she did this in front of me as a parent instead of taking the employee into the office. Please do your due diligence when selecting any facility; as a level of trust is needed since your child is in their hands during the day. This was not the only incident, but after multiple run-ins with the owner, I do not trust that my child would be treated properly in her care. He will no longer be attending this daycare after today, but once again, make sure that you do your own homework in your selection process to make the best decision for your family. I have NEVER experienced this level of unprofessionalism from someone who is supposed to care for little children. I am just glad that my son will no longer be in attendance there.

The Goddard curriculum is undoubtedly one of the best preschool systems out there. However, this…read moreparticular location leaves something to be desired. The management is top heavy (too many directors, none of which are particularly knowledgeable), and they are not kind or warm and welcoming. I agree with another reviewer in that any question or inquiry was received with attitude and no compassion. I also strongly disagreed with their cell phone policy. For some reason, the teachers are allowed to keep their phones on them, which proved to be a massive distraction. I'm can't count the times I walked by a class where a teacher was scrolling their feeds and babies/toddlers were on the other side of the room, unsupervised. I previously attended a different Goddard school which enforced their no cell phone policy and I was shocked to see this policy was not enforced here as well. The teachers we had were fine, but one in particular was very unfriendly to my son. None of us quite liked her. The food provided is alright, but beware... The milk is advertised as being organic and I saw the gallon jugs which were plain ol prairie farms brand. I also agree with another reviewer about the cleanliness - the bathrooms were frequently out of soap/toilet paper/paper towels, and the landscaping was rarely touched- overgrown bushes and litter everywhere. In all, I would recommend it for the curriculum but not much else!

The daycare is a very personal and small setting (with only to rooms). The class size is small and your child will recieve that individual attention that he/she needs. My son is one years old and he is reciting his ABC's, he knows his numbers to 15, and he knows his colors! The only reason why I gave it four stars was because of how strict they can be. The children can only drink white milk unless you have a doctor statement on file saying otherwise and you have to have your child at the center by the cut off time or the front office will fuss. Overall, this is a really nice daycare facility and I am glad to have put my child here. By the way, I am very picky and I have a nine year old that went to a facility (a popular one at that) and by far I like AHCA the best!
