After the one and then two and three techs finished with the people who were there when I walked in, they proceeded to do the people who came in after me. Now, I have to say that is poor service, and a horrible vibe to be in. You know me looking at them, "like what the world," and they looking up at the ceiling all foolish as ever...lol So I can't tell you about the quality because I didn't get service. Of course, I can't be sticking around for some mess like that. I know me, and I'll start reading them the Riot Act and telling them about ethical stuff. He thoroughly took his time. I hadn't been to the salon in over 2 months so I had accumulated an ingrown toenail (which he took care of), it didn't hurt whatsoever! He offered me complimentary drinks (water or soda). I would definitely recommend this salon to future clients.

I like them slightly coffin, grinded down thin and sharp edges. Exactly this. My ocd is terrible, and I will peel them off in a hot second if they are 'off'. I could tell Vy was a little annoyed at how specific I was being - I also couldn't decide on color or design, it was one of those days - but she did exactly as I asked and I am so happy with them! Sam did my pedicure, and it was so relaxing and she did the polish perfect. I usually go to another spot that I really do like, about 30 minutes from my house but Charming nails is only 10 minutes. This is my new spot, I am very happy with my experience.
