Not sure of this place. As you can see from my picture, it was practically empty when I arrived. I…read moresat for about 40 minutes, and several people came in after that 40 minutes and were getting service before me. So, let me explain better. After the one and then two and three techs finished with the people who were there when I walked in, they proceeded to do the people who came in after me. Now, I have to say that is poor service, and a horrible vibe to be in. You know me looking at them, "like what the world," and they looking up at the ceiling all foolish as ever...lol So I can't tell you about the quality because I didn't get service. Of course, I can't be sticking around for some mess like that. I know me, and I'll start reading them the Riot Act and telling them about ethical stuff. But on my way out of the shop, a girl told me about Nail Couture; she said they are the best. I'll let you all know!

(As if she had no clue what she was doing.) I asked for a simple black French tip pedicure. This is what I received (see photo). Ridiculous. It's not like I was asking for mosaic art on my toes. It's a straight line. Price was also ridiculous. On the menu it said $35 for the basic pedicure so I was expecting maybe $45. $58!!!! INSANE. Will not be back.

He thoroughly took his time. I hadn't been to the salon in over 2 months so I had accumulated an ingrown toenail (which he took care of), it didn't hurt whatsoever! He offered me complimentary drinks (water or soda). I would definitely recommend this salon to future clients.

But the nail tech hardly had anything to say to me (maybe no English?). And her fingernails were dirty and her hands didn't look clean; maybe just stained. But she trimmed one of my nails that was injured as a child and although I told her not too cut it too short, she did and then she split my nail with the tool she was using, and it hurt! So she had to cut it very short to keep it from snagging on things. I'm going to look for a new place.

This was my second visit, and I even called beforehand to verify that my appointment was confirmed. I was assured everything was set. When I arrived, I wasn't helped until 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The whole reason I made an appointment was so I wouldn't have to wait, especially since I had plans afterward. It was very frustrating and made me late. I'm also disappointed with the quality of my gel manicure. My nails have already started lifting and coming off, and they feel unusually thick and uneven underneath. I've never had gel nails feel like this before. Unfortunately, because of both the long wait and the poor quality of the manicure, I don't feel I received the service I expected.
