This time I come back and order my wings again and they charge me an automatic 18% gratuity, which they never have before. Hmmm, this is a counter service place where you stand in line to order your food. You also have to go get your own drinks? 18 - 20% tips are for full service establishments and you don't get served here. And on top of that my wings were cold. This might be my last time coming.
