The third and largest was to smooth finish a ceiling with an 80s style textured ceiling. This was a very large area. I included pictures but the pictures don't do justice to how the ceiling looks. We are so happy. It's like a new house. The team did a great job covering everything so nothing got stained and to minimize the dust. All but one day they showed up on time. Each of the two smaller repairs took about half a day. The large ceiling smoothing took 5 days. The owner was responsive to all my emails. Only down was in comms initially. I was told that I didn't have to remove the cabinet in the laundry to repair the ceiling and was never told we had to remove all our family room furniture. We basically lost a day when the team showed up and had to leave the first day. Also it would be nice if the business could provide some basic additional services like carpentry related to repairs or painting.

I would not recommend for anything related to the last two jobs: - He asked for payment before the job was complete (both faucets were not working when he demanded payment) - Quoted a price higher than his quoted hourly rate midway through the job (basically changed his rates midway thru the job) then preceded to man-splain why I should ask for rates prior to the start when I was aware of his hourly and the amount of time it takes to replace faucets. -Threatened to leave before he finished the work and I later realized that he made a mistake and it was going to take a lot longer than normal. - Ruined a working bathroom fixture and I had to call a plumber (which was less expensive) to fix and complete the job. - Didn't replace disposal trim and left corroded to save himself time. Although I paid for 3 hours of work for a kitchen faucet and disposal replacement. - The worst part is that he made inappropriate advances at me, made comments regarding my body and I felt extremely uncomfortable. The entire experience was unprofessional and as a business owner and property manager, I'm writing this review so others are aware. Hire at your own risk. 1 star because the first experience was fine and 1 star is the lowest choice available. Overall, terrible value, poor quality and disheartening experience as an independent, female property owner and longtime property manager.
