I have never experienced such hateful and dishonest people. Their machine #5 isn't working correctly and I lost out on almost $300. Spoke with the tech, Stewart Tull with Action Video Gaming LLC and he spoke to me like I was ignorant. At the end, he said he already wasted too much time on me and said he has other important things to do. He also stated there's a sign on the machines stating not responsible for machine malfunctions. Which is a lie cause I checked the machines. Also, Lucky Dog has a sign up for customer service for the machines and that phone number is invalid/fraud. The gaming company they use is a 3rd party competitor which at this point I would say is fraud. All the other businesses around Westville use a legit gaming company which is AE Accel Entertainment. Warning!! Don't go there!! Scammers!! I was averaging 3-4 days a week there. Not anymore

I met Cheryl who was working for the first time the night I walk in! She was amazing you would have thought she worked there for years! I later met Libby who it turns out use to work at Jim's! I think old habits die hard because she was just as amazing as the ladies I had already met earlier! If you are looking for slots stop by! My review is about the Best Western Riverside Inn which is near downtown Danville. I had never been in the property before and I was very pleased with my overnight stay there. The exterior is that of an older hotel, but the interior has been comprehensively updated over the years. Very clean! The hotel features an outdoor pool which is covered by a pool cover and there is more than adequate signage concerning safety issues for those who use it.gues For business travelers: there is a small office center on the first floor that has a PC and an inkjet printer. I do not think that Microsoft Word nor Excel (or any other software packages) are loaded onto the hotel's PC for guests in the office center so a laptop with those software packages would be needed here. I did not see a fax machine and am presuming that they would be sent and received by the employees at the front desk. Concerning receipt of FedEx packages, I would contact the hotel directly to confirm that this can be done. Lastly, concerning meeting rooms, I would contact the hotel directly to confirm whether they can - or cannot - do this. This is a two-story hotel with no elevator. If one needs to avoid stairs ask for a room on the first floor. Accessible rooms are also available for booking on the Best Western's webpage. Parking is outside close to the hotel property. Very good hot breakfast typical of what was served pre-COVID including healthy choices like fruit. Advice to those approaching the hotel from Danville's downtown: as soon as you approach the bridge the Best Western Riverside Inn comes up very quickly and it's on your right just outside of a wooded area. Very very helpful staff. The Best Western Riverside Inn near downtown Danville is definitely recommended.

We have won more in one year here than we did in 5 years at a casino to the South . You can smell the clean when you walk in the door , The smoking section is separated on a patio type area which helps keep the main casino area smelling great. The staff keeps it clean and you never see trash sitting anywhere. It is very well lit so you can see . Restaurants are great , From the steak house to the snack bar they have great food.
