I got a text back saying it would be 120-135 min before they would be there to pick up the car, so I left the car and had my friend come pick me up. At 1:20pm I got another text saying the ETA had been changed, and that they would be another 120-135 min before they can pick up my car. At 3:45my car is still not home, and I have not heard from the insurance company or the driver. I called the insurance company and told them it's been 4 hours an my car still hasn't been picked up. She said she would call the tow company. As soon as she had them on the line, I got a text said they'd pick up my car in 20 minutes. Imagine that!! I told them they needed to switch different towing companies because this one has only bad reviews.

We had to find another way to work and I had to bring my child with me because too much time had passed by so I couldn't take him where he was supposed to go. Then as we were heading to work, the driver finally calls saying he was ten minutes away from our location. WE'RE GONE NOW!! We needed assistance THREE HOURS AGO!! I missed out on hours from work because I was waiting on this company! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND letting your insurance know you don't want their service. We could have been in a ditch on the side of the rode and something could have happened to me and my family because we were waiting so long for them.
