The driver lowered the lights and trail hitch down to sneak through a row entrance. The Durango was wedged in next to a post and unable to be moved out of neutral. Yet he was able to get it up on sleds and maneuver the vehicle around the post and our of a tight space surrounded by other cars and get it out. I could not have been more impressed.

i can't say enough good things about all night towing…read more i had called dave about a non running 1985 alfa romeo that i wanted brought to a shop. technically on a holiday. i called and asked when and if he'd be able to help. i called at 9am, dave showed up at 11am. i was amazed. dave backed the truck up perfectly up our narrow driveway, car went right up the flat bed, secured on, strap wrapped on to keep the loose hood from flying off and off they all went. met dave at the destination, again flawlessly backed the flat bed in the perfect location to be able to just push into the shop. personable, friendly, great service, top notch guy and seems to very much care about customer satisfaction highly recommended bonus points because it was pouring rain halfway through

Sixty minutes later he showed up and got the car started but it would not hold a charge. He brought a battery "just in case" but it did not fit properly, so Dave had to go back to where he got the battery from and took the dead battery out of my Kia to make sure the new one matched. He was back an hour later and installed the new battery and all was well. Dave is terrific...one of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. I kidded him how we all had towing service horror stories and that would not be in my future now that I have Dave on my speed dial. He is great in every way....and a big thank you to Dave for his patience and everything he went through to get me up and going.

The owner Joe told me to come on down and that he would see me right away. He was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and walked me through everything I needed to know and document for insurance. He ordered the parts I needed right away and was also able to get my mirror reattached enough so I could drive it while waiting for the part to come in. The best part? The service desk was also professional, courteous, and knowledgable. Prior to having the tire plugged, they confirmed it was leaking air and needed fix but still wanted authorization from me. I find that some places just do and don't consider the customer, so I was extremely pleased with everything. Service was first come first serve but it only took them about 30-45 to get me in and out. This would be a place that I will visit again if ever in the area. Their friendliness, excellent customer service, and professionalism was outstanding.

Most of my experiences have been with Lisa (I think that's her name, sorry if I got it wrong) and she has always been very pleasant and courteous person. I believe the owner's name is Kevin (again, this may be wrong, apologies if this is incorrect) and he has been a straight shooter with me every time I interact with the mechanics/technicians. My wife exclusively goes to these folks as well, they've been nothing but absolutely great to us.
