He litterly got back in the truck and left the vehicle parked partially on reserved and the guest . He got in the truck and waved off . I paid for towing and battery start and the vehicle wouldn't turn back on so the keys were stuck in the ignition. I called to explain he said he had another pick up and I'll have waited for an hour . This company was hired by USAA and I complained to them and they noted it . I called the owner of the company he said he will follow up then hung up ! Horrifying. My wife's van broke down at 1:20. Our insurance company told us this company would…read moresend a tow truck by 3pm. When I got to her location at 3 there was no truck. We called them and were told 15 minutes. That went on and on until after 4pm. When the driver showed up he didn't verify which vehicle just backed up and started hooking it up. Did not speak to either of us at all. I asked if he knew where he was going and wouldn't respond. My wife asked if he knew he was towing to the military base. That is when the final bomb shell fell. This driver didn't have a LICENSE!!! I don't know if he didn't have it on him or didn't have one at all. End result, no tow. We had to start all over and had another company come out a couple of hours later. If you need a tow and Martin's is the only company...push your vehicle. It will be safer. Very unprofessional.
