I tend to prefer places that don't look too nice from the outside (which is why I passed up a different store on the way) because I feel that my money is paying for appearance and therefore work price is inflated! This is absolutely not the case. Although plain, this is a clean and well run place. The lot was filled with Hondas and BMWs and a few others obviously. Since I have both, this appealed to me! Auto body work is a tough job and it is nice to see people with expensive cars and trusting them for the work. I needed a new bumper and wanted to pay out of pocket. I was hoping to just do the bare minimum because I am selling the car, but he offered to clear up the headlights (like the sparkling ones on the BMW in the lot) for $50 since the bumper will already be off. I couldn't even see the glass on those headlights --that's how clean they were! Sold! Anyway, not only did he take me right off the street, he looked immediately and gave me an incredible price. This was impressive two ways: one, the price. Jesus it's a good deal! Second, I didn't have to wait around for someone to look at it or bring it back in or wait days to hear information of any kind. There it was: price and completion date in a matter of 15 minutes. He said he could get the bumper Monday and it should be ready Tuesday. This is my final glowing point.... No long wait!
