I have used YM in the past for oil changes and such. Never had an issue. I signed into my account…read moreonly to find they merged with another company. All my service records were gone and they said they could not recover because to the new system! Maybe they should have thought of that before transfering all the customer records into a new system. Anyway, I decided to book and oil change only to find the price since the merger was much more. I thought I might have entered something incorrect and tried again. I got another price quote $20 dollars less?? I finally called and was verbally given a 3rd quote higher than the first! The agent couldn't explain what was going on. Crazy. Won't be doing business with them anymore.

Brought my yukon with the front clip off the…read more truck Cain Parker(owner) said should be 2 weeks on June 2nd. Cain "installed" the new motor i brought july 3rd. Cain also lied about installing the new tranny lines but left the new lines under the truck not hooked up which caused them to be destroyed when I brought the yukon home. (Almost 200$ down the drain) then once home I climbed under the truck to notice oil pan bolts missing and that made me look further and see that one of the bolts that hold the transmission to the engine missing and another one of the bolts completely stripped out (see pics) a pinched harness behind the heads, and more im sure I have listed or found yet should be a 0 star. Oh and said the bolts that came with the exhaust manifolds were the wrong bolts but they worked for connecting the manifolds to the rest of the exhaust but who could think a mechanic should know such a thing.
