This guy lives up to all the electrician stereotypes 100%. If you don't know what I'm talking about…read morelook it up on instagram or TikTok... My wife took the morning off for this appointment but the contractor showed up at 1036 missing our 1000 appointment. Two hours later at 1230 he states he can't find where the power is disconnected and might need another tool that he didn't have. Said he would be back in half an hour after he took his kid that he brought with him to go get lunch. He left the circuit breaker for the damaged circuit on and left my breaker panel uncovered and the mainON when he left. Totally safe right? 1.5 hours later at 2pm I get a text message stating "I'm buying a circuit tracer and will be back after". At 3pm, 2.5 hours after he left, he pocket dials me so I responded with a text stating "You called?" to which he responded "Accident. I have been two a few different places and called several more places to get the circuit tracer that I need and no one has one in stock. I'm wondering if coming back after I order one would work?" I responded and asked how long that would be. Then after no response for 20 minutes I sent the following message "From one tradesman to another, this isn't the way to treat people's time... It sounds like you don't have the experience and / or tooling for this job." He responded at 3:55pm with "I'm sorry I didn't have the tool. I just bought it in broken arrow after going to multiple places and calling multiple places. I thought I was going the extra mile for you. I have 14 years experience but I'll just come pick up my Milwaukee light." (Talk about convenient timing, funny how you magically now have the tool right after you start having a hissy fit over the truth and quit on me...) At this point the unprofessional excuse for a tradesman started to accuse me of theft, threaten me with the police, and lawsuits if I didn't drop what I was doing (I wasn't home) to come get him his flashlight (if it's even his and not the property of one of my other subcontractors that he spotted while here is a whole other issue) instead of him coming back for it on Friday when I was home. When the guy decided to keep running his mouth I told him I would start dropping negative reviews if he didn't knock it off. Well he kept running his mouth threatening me with police and lawsuits for his flashlight and a defamation lawsuit if I posted negative reviews. Well this honorably retired combat veteran is not remotely afraid of a petty little liar like yourself. Good luck suing for defamation when it's the truth.

You know those home projects you just keep putting off because you don't even know who to reach out…read moreto? My outdoor front lawn post light stopped working after months of going through bulbs super quickly and flickering. My street is extremely dark, so it helps having illumination at night. I pushed this project back since we got holiday lights installed, but now that they're coming down, I decided to try Yelp's project feature to find an electrician. Two businesses reached out and Eric was the most responsive. He shared his availability and even came to check it out on the weekend. We had a small scheduling snafu one day, but it was mostly my fault for not being home. Thankfully, he was able to stop by the next day and figured out a problem with the sensor that makes the light turn on automatically once it's dark. He said the piece to replace that was $25 and he could purchase/install it for me. He was also able to fix the top cover which had broken screws. I remembered that the lights above my sink didn't work either, so I asked if he could check those out as well. He did and found a rigged MacGyver situation on the switch box. It was literally taped together and fell apart as soon as he pulled it out. He explained why this wasn't safe and suggested replacing it. He went and purchased the parts and came back for installation. He showed me that both projects were fixed. It took him almost two hours to do it all. He charged a service call fee of $125 plus material needed. I'm unsure how this compares with other electricians but I'm extremely happy with his work and it was worth it to take those two projects off my list. He accepts cash, check, Venmo and cash app as payment, which also makes it convenient. Highly recommend!
