I also had several deep low spots and random high spots where they didn't fill the trench back in after replacing the water line. They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. Overall, I would recommend them for most jobs since they did a good job repairing the problem and did not overcharge for the work. Just don't expect a lot of follow-up once the job is done.

The service we requested for our home and for which we were quoted was overall the best priced we…read morecould find. The electricians were 30 minutes early on the day of the appointment. We provided the five lights we wanted installed by the 3-man crew. ALL of them were friendly and courteous and worked without complaint. When they completed the work, I paid them as agreed. They cleaned up and left. We requested on at least two occasions that the lights be set on the brightest setting. They all agreed with the request. It wasn't a major issue but a couple of the lights were left in demo mode and not on the brightest setting as we discussed. We contacted them and explained the situation and asked them to come out to correct the settings to the brightest and therefore complete the project. They came and fixed the issue to our satisfaction and left. Then we get a bill from the business for an additional $200 for a "call out". It should not have ever been a call-out in our opinion. My husband called to speak w/the guy in charge and it didn't end well. The man told my husband to "forget" the bill and to not ever contact them again. My husband agreed that would be perfectly acceptable. My final thoughts are to the guy in charge specifically, "In life it is your attitude that will determine your altitude." In this case you have been grounded. To the three electricians, I give kudos for a job well done. Minor issues shouldn't have been blown out of proportion by the guy in charge IMO.

Will is a good communicator and has an amazing array of skills which emanate from his Education and Experience. Preface: I live in a 47yr old home that is almost entirely original. When it comes to trades, I'm also a helicopter homeowner and generally a bit of a micromanager. Will replaced 3 light fixtures, a ceiling fan, a venthood, restored function-electricity to 2 outlets & one hardwired site, replaced front storm door, and added handle to said storm door. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and made recommendations, ex: Response - wrapping because wires are brittle, need consider new wiring. No dilly dallying with Will. He stays on task and focused. I gave Will a very detailed list of tasks-items and he gave me a time estimate for completing them with the caveat that nothing unusual came up. That timeline was dead on. He is structured in his pricing-estimates. His pricing was very reasonable. I will most certainly use Will's skills (had to say it) repeatedly for this original 47yr old house.
