When I had to make that phone call and Brookes answered, I knew there was nowhere else I needed to call. I asked for a very untraditional service for my husband, and they made it happen. Any funeral I have attended throughout my life, I always pay attention to the people who are there working. From Brookes, Blake, the Harpers...they are the most patient, compassionate, caring, understanding group of people you could ever hope for during the most difficult moments of your life. Multiple people in our family are going to pre-plan with them. I can not recommend them enough, and thank them for everything they did for me, my husband, and our families.

She literally put her hands in my husband's clothes and ask what is all that come from. Is that dirt and oil from the oil field? I told her no, my husband works in construction. She then went on to tell me well we have a different washer for that. I told her I didn't need a different washer for plain dirt and some mud. They then proceeded to see how much laundry soap I was going to use and not to over fill. I felt like I had my stepmother looking over me telling me how laundry is done. I then asked if I could borrow the bathroom and they refused to lend it to me. They went on to say that due to other customers inappropriate behavior that no one else was allowed to use the bathrooms. I told her it was sad that she would judge everyone due to other behavior. This lady acted so prejudice against us from the moment we walked in the door. Feeling so heartbroken that this type of behavior still goes on in this day and time. Lastly as I sat down to wait for the wash to complete I took my phone out to look and read my emails to make the time worth while. Yay Then I recently visited with a Christmas clock I figured it was a lost cause as the minute and hour hand did not work. Then when I finally figured it out myself she then proceeded to print a label for me even though the instructions I received for my shipment stated the label did not need to be printed out only scanned and she did not handle my package with care (it was expensive & fragile) then without informing me prior , charged me for printing out the label. The office there also smelled very bad from food she was cooking in the back I suppose. Overall an awful experience and I do not recommend and will not return.
