I called and spoke to Vince who is the owner and he promptly scheduled me for a time that would work for my schedule. On the day of cleaning I got a call 30 minutes before arrival as a heads up. After being jerked around by another company who ultimately walked off the job and left me up S-Creek without a paddle, I called Johnson's CC. The owner had just dropped off his helper but he took the job on all by himself anyway (a three story house mind you with absolutely no scheduled notice or appointment) and the poor bastard showed up on Halloween and performed the work himself. He did it pretty much out of the kindness of his heart. It was after hours and on Halloween night no less. He did the job amazingly, was efficient and extremely thorough...but most importantly, he was honest ...and you could tell he really cared about his job, his company, and the work he performs. To say: "He really helped me!!!" would be a gross understatement. I would have never been able to get out of my rental on time after being left SOL by another company. So we had moved in to our apartment about 2 years a go now. The carpet that was here was already old. My wife decided to move our living room around and we finally had it with how dirty it was. I searched yelp and I thank God I found this business. It's ratings are spot on. On my inicial phone call the operator was very nice and informative. She gave me a 3 hour window but advised I would be called 30 minuets before arrival. I was called in the morning and before the 30 minutes they had arrived. I met the Owner and his partner that has been with the family Haines for 20 years. These guys know what they are doing. They were very informative and explained the prices and details of the service. At no point did they try to over sell or add things I did not need. I even added an area rug at the last minute and without hesitation he said of course we can do that. Updating review, 2nd visit 2/24/2018 - We called Johnson's again after having our two year old grandson and family in the house for two months. Loved the visit but the carpet and microfiber couch and chairs were a MESS! Vince and his crew once more did a fantastic job at very fair price.
