When the hairdresser realized she wasn't cutting my husband's hair but our son's, her entire attitude changed and she didn't talk to our son at all. His hair wasn't washed at any point and she left his hair trimmings (and he had pretty long bangs) all over his face, ears, and neck. I've never seen anyone just left in hair trimmings like that and my son felt uncomfortable and completely ignored by her. Haircut was average, but our son likes how he looks, which is the important thing. Please work on treating kids as actual clients and follow through with the services that are offered. We overpaid for his haircut due to her lack of professionalism.

He cut about 4 inches off the top which is a lot since I only had 5, also the hair on top isn't even. some parts hang on my forehead and some are right at the hair line. if it wasn't for me combing it to the side it would look strange. the beard wasn't super thick but it's way thinner now. he pushed my hairline waaaayyyy back. I also asked to have my eyebrows lined up and he just trimmed them down, didn't line them up. the vibe was cool, great staff but just wasn't what I was expecting.
