Lashes were sparse and not what I asked for. Felt like she was just trying to rush me out to go to her appointment. Retention of lashes was not good. So sparse that I had to brush often (crooked lashes were obvious) lost several lashes every time I brushed. A full set lasted just over a week. I don't feel like the products were of high quality.

I have never felt so rushed or dismissed at a new salon with a new colorist. Did not ask about what I did or anything about me. What would normally take 1-2 hours to foil, took her about 20 minutes. She looked concerned when rinsing and kept rubbing and mentioning the toning of the warmth didn't really work. My hair after this color began falling out in chunks, and I'm still trying to remedy the damage 5 months later. It is not Aveda color that is used, though it's misleading because it seems to bill itself as an Aveda salon. The color is apparently from Italy and "much gentler" than Aveda. Well, I can tell you it absolutely fried my scalp and torched my fine blonde hair. I now I am considering an expensive wig, because my clip in extensions are too heavy for my bio hair to hold on to. :( Stay far away!!!!!
