The initial interaction was also a little odd, but she had confused me with a longtime client (easy mistake) and was never rude just an odd first greeting. But after this small stuff, I was truly blown away by Susan. She is so personable and friendly, constantly chatting to keep your mind off the pain. She is so laidback and it was easy to relax in her presence (waxing is not always comfortable). The wax she uses is some of the best I've ever had- she never had to go over the same spot twice and it didn't tear any skin off with it. Susan is also very reasonable and is never trying to rip her customers off- in fact, she will go out of her way to make sure you're taken care of and that you're not paying an arm & a leg for something. Bryn took the time to look closely at my hair and understand what kind of cut/trim I was looking for, and during the cut she was careful and took her time. So I did get fillers in one area and I am REALLY happy with them. Jodie is really good at what she's does and my face still looks like my face - just refreshed. Some FYIs - I think the consult was $50. When I paid for my service they deducted the $50. My fillers ended up costing ~$600 in total. There's also a rewards program that you can sign up for to get discounts on future services. I will definitely be back.
