I first recieved a double filet with no sauce at all as the girl put no sauce on the order instead of extra. The grill ticket plainly said no sauce. So I go through again and I'm being polite, people make mistakes, I understand this. On getting to the window they had quickly replaced my filet with extra sauce, all good. But I still should of checked cos what I got was as per photo. I'm very unhappy about the service here as this happens all the time at this Bombay Maccas. It's my local branch and 90% of the time these guys stuff my order!! This is my first complaint however. Lift your game Bombay maccas! Very disappointed!!

Apparently these guys and gals have been here for ages. A family run business through and through. Cool!!! Don't be put off by the basicness of this joint, they have pretty damn yummy food. Personal preference aside with some stuff I don't really get into, like the chicken noodle and chicken and corn soups, the meals here are great and a decent size for a good price. If I didn't already have a takeaway a stones throw from home I'd drag my tired after work feet here more often. Gotta add that the service is awesome. One of the most polite and friendly places I've encountered, from the oldest to the youngest... That took it from 4 stars to 5 for me.

Wednesday 2nd April…read more Purchased Honey Chicken Fried Rice & 10 Mini Spring Rolls. I sat and waited for my food. 2 workers were on at the time. The woman who is always in their & a man. I watched the man heat the sauce and place in a small container, he proceeded to reheat a bowl that was sitting on the bench and place in a plastic bag with the sauce. I tried asking him if that were mine, not sure if he was ignoring me or if he couldn't understand me. He nodded yes. The lady approached me and asked if I had a problem, I said yes I would like fresh food, she started yelling and cussing. I told her I'm 6 months pregnant. The man started making the fresh fried rice. The woman made my spring rolls and threw them across the bench for me to retrieve. Now it looked to me, that someone never collected their order so they tried to give it to me. The worst part is the lady seemed like she wasn't doing anything wrong, that to me is outrageous.
