Don't forget we were there at 1 o'clock. I really felt sorry for the three ladies because they had a plane to catch at a certain time and were really panicked. For that reason, I was given a walker which carries what I need for the time being. And since I cannot drive, I have had to use the bus system to get to areas to far for me to walk. Some - not all - of the drivers, ignoring thet fact that I am pushing a walker, refuse to allow me to sit prior to taking off. Since I'm holding onto a walker, and not the handles on the bus, when they jerk the bus forward, the walker starts to tip over, taking me down with it. This has happened five times. So far, I have been able to throw myself ito a seat, so I havn't fallen. I called to complain. The customer service in the office is kind and understanding and has assured me that drivers will be informed that anyone using assistance to get around needs to be seated before the bus jerks forward. After calling multiple times, nothing changed. One of the customer service Reps suggested that I stop to tell the driver that I need to be seated before he moves the bus forward. I did that once, and the driver did the exact opposite, making sure that I nearly fell as I tried to approach the seat.

The bus to Madison stops at the mall stop "just in case" - that's not what the policy says to do. Second, the mobile charging and outlets are not intuitively placed. mobile charging is under the seat in the middle instead of next to the outlets right in front of you. Third the pass wasn't scanned. Sounds conven, maybe it is, but at that point you might as well take cash. Fourth the driver was having a VERY hard time keeping the bus in the lanes during modest wind conditions.
