Instead of making it clear that medicare did NOT cover the full expense of treatment, they let me run up almost $300 bill. The bill was not presented to me until I had quit going for treatment. When Back and Body was not able to help, I went to another chiropractor. The 2nd chiropractor knew right up front there would be an additional cost of almost $20 per treatment. When I asked Back and Body why they didn't let me know sooner, I was told I signed a paper saying I would be responsible for anything that was not covered by insurance.
