After meeting with her I spoke with the very nice ladies at the front desk who scheduled my vasectomy and got my insurance info all set. A lot of vasectomies must be performed here because it was like 6 weeks before my actual procedure. So the day of I took my xanax pill (I was prescribed) an hour before my appointment and then I had my wifey drop me off. I checked in and was taken back to the room. By this time the medicine must have really kicked in because I actually fell asleep on the table lol. Dr. Marotte who was performing woke me up and said that they were ready to begin. He was really nice and explained what he was doing and we chit chatted a bit. He also played some jams and in like maybe 10-15 minutes he was done. After wards I had my wife pick me up and we went to the pharmacy to grab my pain meds and went home to rest. I stayed in bed for 2 days and was able to go to work on the 3rd. I was still pretty sore but it wasn't too bad. It's been about a month since my vasectomy and everything looks and feels good I'm glad I came here to Dr. Marotte and his team at Conway Urology!

These people don't really care about the patient. It's the money that keeps them employed that…read moredrives them. There have been soooo many errors done on their part. They were trying to give me testosterone boosters when I'm trying to have children (testosterone does the opposite effect according to them. So glad my wife caught that), they've messed up my billing and overcharged me, multiple times I have had to talk to 4 different people to get my questions answered because nobody seems qualified to know the answer. Then today when I talked to Kristi, she kept referring me to call AR Fertility about questions that my doctor should know the answer to because he's doing the procedure. Kristi was also very short with me and sighed on the phone when I had another question. THIS is why people avoid doctors and would rather risk their health! It's not only expensive, but then people don't seem to care about the careers they signed up for. I cannot believe I wasted so much time and money here. I even called around for other urology businesses to help me get away from this one. There's one in Tennessee that I'm now considering. It may be worth the traveling. Rant over!

Yes, first time finding out whether I have prostrate cancer. Everything else has been good up to…read morenow but really had a bad experience and so did my whole family including my sister who is an RN the way they handled my results. The nurse called me 10 minutes till five after waiting for a long time and said that he couldn't contact me, but I was on the phone. Caller ID said no ID so I thought it was spam but thinking it was my doctor calling do listern To the voicemail and said that call back at this number I called back within two minutes and they already left. Would've been five till five. Probably leave at five. My point is you don't leave somebody waiting for a life or death cancer to get a voicemail saying that it's after hours, later need to be better at distributing information stead instead at the end of the day and then you're not waiting to get the call before you leave at five. Very Depressing. We worried all night about the results. It's not right to leave somebody hanging about life or death possibility just so you can go home or go home early. I'm hoping they will change their policy. Let people know at a decent time and not go through what I have to makes you feel like you're just part of the system everything else I get four stars to the nurse I give one probably not even that!

I only received 3 paper bills(Agreed on payment plan) and then I stopped getting statements. Next thing you know I'm in collections over a small amount. All they had to do is send me a bill with the balance and I would have a sent it in. They instead have to split the money with a bill collector. Billing office needs new policy or new mgmt.
