I searched many doctors in my area, unfortunately most don't have a picture of the doctors and there aren't many reviews to make good decisions on selecting a primary care physician. I was fortunate to have selected Dr. Hatfield as my first choice. I will admit that he is in his older years but with age comes wisdom. Dr. Hatfield is a very knowledgeable Doctor. I appreciate the fact that as he's evaluating your health/symptoms he's also talking to you about them. Pretty much everything he sees, he's explaining along the way. You ask him a question and he knows the answer, not just a yes or no but an explanation along with it. He and his wife do an awesome job, they compliment each other. They're always carrying a smile. I always leave their office with a smile on my face, not just because of the excellent service but also from the good vibe that rubs off. Dr. Hatfield is there to help!

Some offices I called had a 3 month wait to see the doctor. Dr. Hatfield has a welcoming staff and his wife is the nurse--they make a great team. He was informative and did not rush me out, simply giving me a prescription to hide the problem. He asked questions and was very thorough in answering my questions. Thank you Dr. Hatfield.

I wanted to leave this review to reflect on how kindly and compassionately he treated someone I love very much. Dr. Norman spent a lot of time with us, truly listening and taking my brother's complex medical situation to heart. Even though it turned out that my brother didn't necessarily need a podiatrist for what's currently going on, Dr. Norman went above and beyond to help us piece together what kind of care my brother really does need. He hooked him up with some good referrals and spoke highly of the Doctor he was going to be handing this off to. I left that appointment feeling so grateful.. not only for what a knowledgeable and dedicated doctor he is, but for what an even better man he is

She isn't a dupe of industry. This is the first physician I have met who know the big three: the importance of hormones as we get older, that intermittent fasting can cure type-2 diabetes and obesity, and of the cholesterol lipid myth. I called once, they were a little rude, asked me to have my doctor send over my file and test results, and that they'd call me to schedule an appointment. I did so, and I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and heard nothing back. In their haste to get me off the phone, I think they might have forgotten to even get my phone number....so I try again. Again rude, tells me my phone is cutting out and can't understand me. Also kept interrupting me to ask what I was calling for...as I was trying to explain exactly that. (Sorry, not a doctor, don't know the technical terms to explain easily...) Put me on hold, a new voice finally answers, says "hello?" repeatedly, and rudely. I finally hang up in frustration. Again they didn't bother getting my number..... If this is the way the office staff treats potential patients, then I have no desire to try to see this doctor.
