I appreciate that very much: try to get that level of service in Home Depot or Lowe's! Despite being busy, I've always found that they're willing to spend the time to consider how a given problem can be solved. One other thing I also appreciate: when you order a tool or part needed, it's always there when promised. (I've been trying for months to get a part from a store located a few blocks away... always promised, but somehow the order gets lost or just doesn't come in.) The people here make the difference. Stopped in a week later, and nothing had come in. Told to come back next Tuesday. The next Tuesday, nothing I'd ordered had come in. Told that shipments are received Tuesday mornings, and to come back next week. Same for the following Tuesday. Same for the next week. I finally got the idea, and went into Phoenix to order from a competitor. Got a phone call the next morning: all the gear I needed came in. Gave me a discount for paying cash.
