No sooner had I walked in the door but two new insurance agents popped up from the back to help us. You can only wish for this kind of service from a bank, generally speaking! My agent seemed to be an expert at his craft, and though my rates have gone up yet again for another year of accident-and-claim-free driving(thanks ICBC!!!), it was that much easier to stomach thanks to the service I received. Without any changes to my plan I was in and out in about fifteen minutes. We even chatted about the neighbourhood and how accident-prone the street facing the insurance agency was, which was news to me. Overall, I would happily go out of my way to come to this insurance agency again - they are a pleasure to deal with.
