If you are looking for a pain management center that will care for you, return your calls…read moreespecially during medical emergencies and report accurately for billing purpose this is NOT the office. My average wait time has been :23min in addition to the :30min required for arrival. When Covid-19 hit, this was the last medical practice to institute telemedicine or other monitoring protocols such as temperature checking. This is the same office that had a Front Desk staff member that deals directly with the patients in the office recovering from Covid-19. History, not including all incidents, for you to consider: 6/18 11:16am Contacted National Spine & Pain - Glen Burnie office to schedule an appointment. Scheduler advised that a request had to be submitted to the St Agnes office for permission to transfer. The scheduler advised this was National Spine & Pain process. She would submit the request and hopefully it wouldn't take long for a response. Today, 1 July, there has been no response despite me having major surgery, in need of pain prescriptions, and St Agnes' office inability to answer, respond to, nor see me. 6/15 1:45pm Appointment at St Agnes office. After standing 1hr on crutches as the waiting room was full and there was no possible way to social distance, I was advised that there was no way to predict when I would be seen. As such, I left. 5/26 9:55pm Bob, Dr on call. Returned emergency call left for Dr W. After taking extensive information re medications taken, surgery date & type, that input was needed by surgeon and other medical team members, I was told Dr W would receive the message and should call me first thing in the morning and a copy of the phone call would be available to him. Action/result: No call to date. 5/26 9:36pm Contacted Emergency Doctor Line. Stated message needed to be given directly to Dr W as messages left on the office voice mail go unresponded to. I was advised message had to be given to Doctor on call. 5/24 9:11am Left a voice mail message to have Dr W contact me immediately. About to have surgery (5/25) and need input for surgeon and rest of medical team. Also, out of medicine. Action/result: No call to date. 5/20 12:11pm Left message re medicine running out and need input for upcoming medical procedure. Action/result: No call to date. 4/19 1:02pm Returned from international trip. Saw Dr W and discussed medical emergency that had occurred prior to departure and illness during trip. Asked the Dr if he received any of the messages I had left, prior to or during my trip. He stated No. 3/3 8:47am Left a message re medicine for international trip. Departed country 3/8. Action/result: No call to date. 1/7 Tele-medicine Appointment Scheduled: logged into waiting room at 9:13am, still waiting at 9:49am, Dr arrived in Waiting room at 10:05am. This appointment was a reschedule from the 12/30/20 appointment in which the Dr did not show. 12/31/20 3:17pm Contacted Scheduling Line to reschedule 12/30 appointment. Stated Dr didn't join me in Waiting Room. I was advised the next appointment was 1/7, 9:15am. Note: this is not the first appointment I had where I was missed and/or joined late. If you don't wait extensively, you will get a bill from National Spine and Pain Billing alleging a No Show and a $75 fee. The :10min courtesy late rule only applies to you, not for you. Unlike other medical service providers, National Spine and Pain - St Agnes does not have / provide electronic means for you to communicate with your Doctor nor access your medical records. Should you need either, you must go through the St Agnes Office which is of no help. Oh, and should you there be a discrepancy in reporting, National Spine and Pain Billing alleges that it does a thorough investigation with the Office. The same office that does not keep the Dr on time, answers voice messages left no matter the urgency, and have Covid-19 infected staff greeting you.

But for the last three years, I've lived with daily pain that no medicine could touch. At my first appointment with Dr Paddock, he listened to what was going on with me over the years and reviewed the years of lab work I brought in for him to see. He then ordered a few labs at a conventional provider (Lab Corp). The new labs showed I had an active virus, and some other endocrine and vitamin deficiencies that the conventional specialists had not considered testing for. Dr Paddock recommended a few natural supplements, a safe herbal based sleep medicine, and a referral to an expert chiropractor for women's musculoskeletal issues. Starting within two weeks of his treatment plan, most of my joint and back pain and sciatica had vanished, plus I regained the energy and mental sharpness that I thought I'd lost forever. I highly recommend this smart, insightful, and caring doctor. While I am still in touch with my conventional MDs, I feel that this naturopathic approach to health has really worked for me, and I will be a patient of Dr. Paddock for years to come.

I've seen Dr. Paddock over the last two years to receive my constitutional homeopathic remedy and have noticed great improvements in my stress levels, feeling of well-being, and some skin complaints that I had since I was a kid. I've had lots of other doctors and counselors treat me in the past, which have all helped, but the homeopathic remedy that Dr Paddock prescribes completes the treatments and gets at a deeper level of healing in my opinion. Dr. Paddock's visits are great because he doesn't rush me and I feel well-cared for. He gives nutrition and exercise counseling as part of his whole picture of advice. He's very professional and remembers me each visit, which means a lot from a doctor. He works with my other providers too, which makes for a nice team. I can also schedule appointments online through his website. Overall, a great experience.
