I'll need to get that diagnosing softwares spin on it... you know you are in a good place... but that gift of hearing it first... being attached to an honest and repair savvy guy!! I'd just spent $550.00 in Texas to assure a safe sound travel for the summer. When my car started to "freak out" as the alternator was going out and my battery was self destructing... I got off 20 and rolled into a less than Motel... in a bit of a panic. Beyond stressed! Yelp had 6 suggestions... Wade's Auto had 6 very shiny reviews. I was curious how a shop could maintain such a streak of positivity , it didn't seem possible. I'd worked for a mechanic before in Texas... you can't make sure everything and everyone is happy... it's just a challenging business. Wade can! He is honest. He is as reliable as his overwhelmed present (5/22) state can be. He is a neurotic perfectionist and does not suffer fools. Get out the way and let the man work and you'll get your car truly repaired with all the information you need to know about anything else he may have run across. It's a guarantee of service hard to find these days. There is nothing that compares to an honest craftsman and his life's encyclopedic knowledge as it applies to your investment and your safety. This man has earned a 5+++ in my experience with him.

    I will not use this service again. We called Saturday while we were broken down 15 minutes away…read more(GPS said), The guy sounded great on the phone. We told him we needed a 60 mile tow on our truck. He said his tow truck was in he shop but he had his truck and a flat bed truck that he could haul it on. We asked him how much and he asked how we were paying. We said ever how we needed to. So he said he was eating and as soon as he was finished he would be right own. He quoted a price of $425.00. Then shortly after he called back and said he did not add the hook up price so it would be $525. Meanwhile we called a tow company in our town of Macon, Ms. and he was headed out of town. But he said he could send his son to get our loaded trailer. An hour later the son got there and we got the trailer hooked to his truck. I road with them. My husband stayed behind to ride back with the guy from J & C Towing, 35 minutes later after we left, he showed up in a rattle trap of a truck and a flat bed truck. He loaded the truck and they headed our way. On the way back my husband said the guy said he needed some fuel. He pulled over and sat there. My husband asked if he needed his money then. He was going to write a check but the guy told him he needed cash because he was doing it off the books and he would tell his boss that he lost the call. While they were traveling someone called wanting some money and and he made a sketchy deal with him. My husband said the truck was so loud that he would run the air for a few minutes and turn it off and back on every few minutes. They made it to the shop and he turned his truck off. When he went to crank it, it would not crank. My husband had to give him a pull off in order for him to get on the road. My husband said he was so afraid that they were going to have to get a tow truck to pick both of them up on the side of the road.

They kept a bad day from being much worse by bringing a new tire to the scene, putting it on the rim and reinstalling on the RV - road side assistance at it's best.     This company sent an inexperienced tech to change our flat tire on the side of the road in nowhere…read moreMississippi. We called Chrysler road side assistance. Magnolia Auto arrived an hour later in a mobile repair van, not even a tow truck. We handed him our lug key and he promptly called his boss as he had never seen one before. He then proceeded to tell us if he broke the locked lug, they would not be responsible for the damage and we had to give our permission for him to attempt this and any damages would be our responsibility. And, if he broke the lock lug, we wouldn't be able to get any of the other ones off, meaning any of the other tires, but told me if he did break the lock lug, his tech could complete the tire change, but I would have only 4 lug nuts instead of 5, but that would be perfectly safe for us to drive 600 miles with 1 less lug nut. Really??!?? THEN, when we called USAA to get a different service, we discovered USAA used the same dispatch and would send the same company. USAA then called Magnolia Auto to discuss the situation, and suddenly they said they could do the service, but may still have to break the locked lug. Meanwhile, we had called Chrysler back, explained the situation to them, and, about the time USAA called us back with their resolution, Chrysler called us with a new service company that CAN change the tire with the locked lug, no problem. So we told USAA we had another service arranged and would call them again, if needed. The kicker? The "boss" at Magnolia Auto called us back and said we had no right to use 2 different insurance companies and that we had to pay them for coming out and REFUSING to change the tire. Unbelievable!!
