However, I finally remembered to get some. I called to make sure they were open. They answered the phone within 3 rings. They told me the price and to get me to come, they offered to install them for free. So, I was on my way to this auto parts store. Once arrived, I walked in the store and within 6 steps into the store, I was greeted and asked " can I help you". I told them what I wanted and paid for it. And sure enough, they installed them for me for free. One tip is to download the Advanced Auto Parts App to save money. I used the App to save $5 on my windshield wipers. Now, Its the Simple Truth: That is great customer service.

We were stranded on the side of the road and called this store at 7:55. The associate who answered (after I called 3X and let it ring over and over) said "we are closed", I said the website shows you are open for 5 more minutes. He said yeah but we are closed. I said my son will be there before you close and told him what we needed. He said we are closed, I asked if he will leave a family of 6 stranded on the highway, really?? He said hold please. Then as soon as the clock hit 7:59, the line went dead. My son texted and called at 7:58 from the front of the store which was least locked up and no one answered when he knocked. As a business owner, I cannot even begin to to express my shock and outrage over this interaction. I truly hope that no one ever treats this man or his family as he has treated mine in this situation.

This place killed a whole afternoon and caused me to miss a 3:30 appointment because it took them over 2 hours to put 4 tires on a car. Their excuse was that's how it takes. Sorry John O'Neil Toyota it's not! Average new 4 tire install takes 45 minutes to one hour. This was the first and last time I will buy tires from here. I will stick with reliable mom and pop locals for now on.
