We were stranded on the side of the road and called this store at 7:55. The associate who answered (after I called 3X and let it ring over and over) said "we are closed", I said the website shows you are open for 5 more minutes. He said yeah but we are closed. I said my son will be there before you close and told him what we needed. He said we are closed, I asked if he will leave a family of 6 stranded on the highway, really?? He said hold please. Then as soon as the clock hit 7:59, the line went dead. My son texted and called at 7:58 from the front of the store which was least locked up and no one answered when he knocked. As a business owner, I cannot even begin to to express my shock and outrage over this interaction. I truly hope that no one ever treats this man or his family as he has treated mine in this situation.

They told me the price and to get me to come, they offered to install them for free. So, I was on my way to this auto parts store. Once arrived, I walked in the store and within 6 steps into the store, I was greeted and asked " can I help you". I told them what I wanted and paid for it. And sure enough, they installed them for me for free. One tip is to download the Advanced Auto Parts App to save money. I used the App to save $5 on my windshield wipers. We contacted the store and they told us that their lifetime warranty was only good for a month. Confirmed what they said and told them that they were misleading people which they agreed. Went to another auto parts store and bought one. After putting it on it works perfect. Our mechanic starts talking with manager of Advance and she said they would give a partial refund. We go to get refund and she said it works fine that we must have changed a wire or something. We did nothing except change alternator. The Manager proceeds to hang up when confronted about the issue.

This place killed a whole afternoon and caused me to miss a 3:30 appointment because it took them over 2 hours to put 4 tires on a car. Their excuse was that's how it takes. Sorry John O'Neil Toyota it's not! Average new 4 tire install takes 45 minutes to one hour. This was the first and last time I will buy tires from here. I will stick with reliable mom and pop locals for now on.
