Another lady came in got seen when it was supposed to be our turn, at about 2:30. I asked what was going on, we were next? I was told sorry for the confusion but no you're not. It'll be 15 more mins. By 3:05, still nothing! We had to find someone to give us our paperwork back and we left. 4 hours wasted and now we have to go elsewhere and do this all over again! I'm sure they know how long each person takes... they should have told us it could be 3-4 hours. They obviously told the girl who took our spot, b/c we never even saw her in the waiting room until 5 mins before Martin took her back! Bottom line, they should have given warning... that's fair! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY! On 4/7/26 I rented some…read moretables and chairs for an event on 4/19/26 and paid in full. Today I call to cancel my order due to inclement weather for the date of rentals, giving 4 days notice of cancellation. The woman discusses my situation with the manager and tells me that I am not allowed to cancel as they have a no-cancellation policy. I was NEVER made aware of this policy at any point in time or else I would have chosen another vender. Their reasoning is because we signed a "contract". This "contract" is literally a pink slip of my order which has like font 8 fine print which was never discussed. The contract does not explicitly say no-cancellations. However it does say that if the contract is voided they can hold the deposit between 25%-50% (which is a ridiculously large and unethical range). My response "so am I going to get at least 50% of my money back since I paid in full" and they said no. So why was I charged a full amount if they only needed a deposit?? And why am I not getting refunded??? I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! Crazy thing is I legitimately thought it was a cute spot and was going to recommend to friends and family. But now? NEVER. If you want to save yourself the headache please use another more professional company. Personally I've used H3C Party Rentals in the past and they were wonderful. I only didn't use them this time because he didn't have 8ft tables only 6ft.
