Fabulous experience! I did my research and found the best carpet cleaner for pets in the Burleson area. My mother's house had an awful odor from her male cat. It was primarily in her closet but it was overwhelming even just inside the front door. I found several places on line where Chemdry was listed as the best for cat odor removal, and I found on their website where they guarantee the odor elimination. Chemdry came out, treated the closet, and cleaned the carpet. I am shocked at how well it worked. The lady knew exactly what she was doing and she explained it all to us, then knocked it out of the park. She was friendly and professional and very thorough. This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. If you have a pet, particularly one causing the odor of urine, DO NOT GO ANYPLACE ELSE. Chem-Dry has a product called P.U.R.T. that works better than any enzyme used by other cleaners I've used. P.U.R.T. works to destroy urine particles all the way down to the concrete of your floor. The owners went out of their way to accommodate me, and their knowledge about the process was extensive. The charge is $65 per gallon of P.U.R.T. used as necessary with no other charges or required services. I fully intend to call Johnson County Chem-Dry for any of my carpet or tile cleaning needs. read more

Be very careful!! I had the most horrible experience with the owners of this company. Amy Diamond and her husband Jimmy. I will never use them again. I have heard many stories of clients loosing their valuables after they were in the home. My friend lost her mothers wedding rings and another lost her antique jewelry. If you notice, they only have 5 stars. No company "only" has 5 stars. They will attack and sue anyone who writes a negative review about them. They are very aggressive and will try to destroy you personally, if you write what they are really doing in your home. Try another company first!! read more

These people did a wonderful job on my carpet and my area rugs. My cats had really been bad. When Amy shined her UV light, everything just lit up. She did a great job explaining the problem to me and giving me her professional recommendation, which I truly appreciated. I decided to give their urine elimination treatment a try since Amy guaranteed results. It took three days until the smell was completely gone, but it is definitely gone now and i am so grateful. Within a week of making an inquiry regarding tile and grout cleaning, Amy and Jimmy were hard at work cleaning grout that hadn't been deep cleaned in a long time. The results were impressive. In addition, they cleaned the carpet in a walk-in closet that had a pet stain I thought would fade with cleaning but not come out. I was wrong. They were able to remove the pet stain, and the carpet looks brand new. I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. I had three precious area rugs that needed some attention.  Johnson County Chemdry came by and picked up the rugs and took them to their shop for a good cleaning.  Apparently, it is a quite extensive process, as my rugs came back looking amazing.  Chemdry brought them back to life and even threw in a stain protectant for good measure.  I am very pleased with their rug cleaning service and I intend to have them back soon to clean my tile and my wood floors. read more
