After hitting a deer and not having collision insurance, I came in with very limited funds and wasn't sure what to expect. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and kind. They went above and beyond to help me find the best solution for my situation, and they did it all with a smile. They completely exceeded my expectations, not just with the quality of their work, but with the way they treated me throughout the entire process. i had my car worked on in October of 2025. everything with my car seemed okayish until i had it back for a while and i just started to notice things that were not done correctly, the body panels didnt line up, the body kit i had them install started cracking at the seems & is installed by self tappers. My core support is now welded in when before it was bolted because it needs to be removed for simple services. theyre pricing is very high aswell, i paid over $5500 for them to paint and install a hood, fender, bumpers, & headlights And straight out my core support. They did go out of there way to fix some dings and scratches which i did appreciate but it was unasked and added to my bill. The quality of there paint shop is immaculate though. After 6 months of having my car back i realized i was overcharged for the quality of service i had received. read more

Scam, once you agree to have them cover your deductible, you void the contractor with the insurance company and they can perform repairs instead of replacement of components. read more

The staff at John's Auto Body were personable, genuine and really worked to help me get my vehicle repaired and covered by my insurance claim. At the end of the day John's Auto Body literally saved the day in helping me resolve the conflict and disagreement with my insurance company following the complications that resulted from Jerome's Collision Center. I took my vehicle in to Jerome's for an initial evaluation and explained it was for a 3-car accident that had occurred the month prior on the highway in Denver before I moved to Minot and transported my vehicle here on a trailer. The representative at Jerome's told me they would submit their inspection for comprehensive repairs of all damage. A short time later, USAA contacted me and let me know the claim evaluation was submitted and approved, but when I looked at the authorized work it was less than 25% of what was on the copy of the inspection write-up that I received. with USAA and finally found out that a modified version of the initial inspection only listing damage to the front bumper had been submitted to USAA. When I asked USAA about it, they told me that was the only thing Jeromes completed. When I asked Jeromes they told me USAA instructed them to submit a modified claim. USAA vehemently denied this and when I next reached out to Jerome's it was clear there was a general lack of integrity and level of dishonesty occurring at my expense. It appeared Jeromes was complying with USAA's request to minimize the cost of the claim and not jeopardize their standing as a preferred and authorized shop for USAA. After calling them out on it and questioning the entire situation I was instructed by the representative at Jerome's that they couldn't work with me any further and that I had to handle it with USAA. I ultimately ended up moving my vehicle to John's Auto Body who not only advocated on my behalf with USAA but submitted and authorized a supplemental damage claim to comprehensively cover all damage since Jerome's submitted initial inspection submission had been modified and limited to only what USAA directed. They also covered my deductible. I would recommend John' Auto Body 100% over Jeromes and would advise you to use their services above any other shop in Minot for your automotive repairs and insurance claims. read more

A very long story, short version. They did not do a very good job on my car or communicating what was going on, or when they were really going to be done with my car. It took 3 trips back and forth from Glendive, MT to Minot, ND to get my car repaired from an accident. They told us 3 times that the car was finished and when we got there, it was not done. They offered to pay me cash for one of the parts as they could not seem to get the right one in, while keeping the amount the insurance company paid them for their labor to install said part. There seemed to be a huge disconnet in communication between what was going on in the shop and what was being said to the customers from the office. When asked to be re-embursed for the 2 un-necessary trips back and forth to Minot, shop manager said they would take care of us and nothing ever happened. We were supposed to get the warranty paperwork mailed to us as well, guess what, no warranty paperwork ever sent. read more

I took my brand new, $70,000 Cadillac Escalade to them to have my front bumper removed and repainted and my headlight replaced due to someone backing into my vehicle...BIG MISTAKE! My front bumper has orange peel ALL over it, it's not set right...my left side of the bumper goes behind my fender, AND my headlight was NOT replaced; they were told AND it was written that it was to be replaced. They were PAID for it to be replaced and did NOT! My tail gate ended up with a bad paint job cover up about the size of a half dollar. It looks like someone LITERALLY dipped their finger in black paint and swirled it on there! I AM IRATE!! read more
