They do all my adjustments for my daily driver as well as my SCCA Solo F-Prepared MINI Cooper S. All the guys there know who I am and don't treat me different because I am a woman; most of them know me by first name on the phone, what cars I own, etc. The owner has some of the best mechanics around and is always there to help, give advice and feedback, guide us in the right direction, troubleshoot, etc. It is great to see other people who are passionate about motorsports and racing. The fact I trust these guys with my car means I would easily trust them with my life. The owner once told me he took over this place because he couldn't trust a garage and decided the best way to remedy that was to run his own. You can't argue with that! For racers (SCCA Time Trials, Time Attack, Club Racing, Solo) they offer every service possible: Corner balancing, full race support, performance parts and installation, advice, troubleshooting, ECU upgrades, and they also rent race cars as well as offer driver services. For the everyday driver they offer basic services like fluid changes, tire mount and balance, mechanical work, etc. These guys have never lied to me or steered me astray or stretched the truth to make a sale. Their shop prices for parts and labor are very reasonable and they don't round their time up or attempt things they don't know how to do (which I haven't found yet).

At high elevation, the sun is strong and our summer to winter temperatures vary greatly in this climate. Seats do no last long. There are a few places in Denver, one known for fancy stitchery of a very different sort of bike. We were looking for someone who could do the simplicity of our original seat style and not far from Boulder. Boulder no longer has any repair and replacement options for motorcycles. I called a few places I found on Yelp and Google. I found this close and easy to access option with 5 star Yelp reviews and thought we would go talk to them. We did that a few weeks ago and they measured the seat and decided on some simple textured black marine grade covering. It's what the bike originally had on it when we got it new. They ordered the material, gave us the price it would cost to have it done and it seemed totally appropriate to us so we approved it. The work was done in their shop, even though they were in the process of moving the entire establishment to a location about 6 blocks away. Total time was a few weeks, as promised. We could see that they also do furniture and vintage cars as well. Michael and David were so friendly and helpful and true to their word. They are still in need of a new sign out front, so check the directions well to find the parking lot on the west side of Main St, between a restaurant and a used car lot. Long story short, my car wasn't ready by that Friday nor the next one. I was told "the job is bigger than we thought" and that they couldn't tell me when it would be finished. I was told this only when I called them. At no time did they attempt to call me to let me know the status of the job and to reset my expectations. When they finally called to let me know the seats were done - a week and a half after the original due date - I did find that the workmanship was good. Bottom line: Their workmanship is good; their ability to forecast work and commit to a schedule is poor; their customer communication is poor.
