Unprofessional, rude, and unreliable. MOST importantly, the driver was extremely unsafe. Car was extremely dirty and when I expressed concerns about the trip and explained what had happened, the owner was rude and didn't offer refund or helpful solution. AVOID this business at all costs. read more

NOT LOYAL TO CUSTOMER OF 8+ years!! The owner text me "I'm scared" when I told him I would be reaching out to my credit card company since he refuses to refund someone who is covid positive. I would give no stars if I could. I've used this company countless times. (30+ times if not more) was with them when only one limo was their fleet. I've shared this company dozens of times with friends an family as well. I pre paid for a ride this Friday (3 days away) and unfortunately 4 of the 12 people in our group have covid. Due to this we need to cancel our trip. They won't even work with me considering how the world is today refunds should be allowed with notice. read more

While in Atlantic City Trump Taj Mahal, My son and I gambled a few hours and went upstairs to the buffet for dinner and realized it was shut down due to casino closing in October, Security Officer recommended us to go outside and get a cab to the Golden Nugget Buffet. When we walked outside, we saw a guy standing by a van and he asked us if we needed a cab. Worked out great. His name was Tim, a very friendly guy who gave us some insight on Atlantic City casino closings, music and Pink Floyd. We told him we would need a ride back to the hotel where we were staying and he gave us his card. A few hours later, we called him and he came back in about 10 minutes and took us back to our hotel. We made a reservation weeks in advance and they "forgot" about us. They picked us up 45 minutes late, causing us to miss the show we came to Atlantic City to see!! The limo still had trash inside it from the people before us, and the limo driver was impossible to get ahold of. Then the driver tried to charge us twice! On top of that when we were ready to be picked up, we were told he would be there in a few minutes. We waited an HOUR! Don't use this company. Their completely unreliable. read more

If I could give NO STARS I would!! This is the shitty shuttle bus "limo"Johnny's limo showed up with for my sons wedding! How extremely disappointing. Look at the bride.... not good!!! This should have been a high point of their day. A shuttle bus , not a limo shows up instead. Not what we were told we would get, without enough seating for number of guest he was told we had. We had 15 guest, this shuttle bus sat 14, leaving one guest to sit on another guests lap. We were told it would seat up to 20 guest. We called the owner of Johnny's limo and he said that he sent what we asked for. He didn't try to remedy the problem. The driver said the vehicle he was supposed be to bring had no air conditioning so this was all they had. If all this wasn't bad enough, the driver showed up with an empty tank of gas, forcing us to stop for gas.....and no ezpass so we sat in long lines at the tolls. All this made us late for dinner reservations, so our table was given away, we had wait for another table. Our return trip was not much better. The driver got off the highway and took back roads back to Atlantic City. (maybe he ran out of money for tolls). The driver drove erratically, and at one point narrowly missing a car in right lane, swerving to miss hitting it, leaving our guests screaming & scared. We were supposed to be given water & snacks. Neither were offered or given. This limo company is a joke! Buyer beware. My husband asked for pictures multiple times prior but pictures were never sent. Never again!!! Word of mouth can be your best or in this case, your worse advertisement. Horribly Disappointing!!! read more

Not sure why this company has any more than 2 stars. We told the company (aka Johnny) that we were going to be 16 girls over the phone and he was overwhelmed to see us pile into his van. We didn't have seats that looked at each other like a limo or popular party bus, they were rowed seats like a normal van. Once we got in he immediately started "shhing" us because he was on the phone. I found it understandable until phone call number 3 when I asked him if he could turn the music up and stop taking phone calls. He asked me if I was "kidding me" and that he's "running a business". There's a lot more to say but I'm still in the car and don't want to waste my time making this experience any worse than it already is. All I can say is I can wait until we're dropped off because Johnny is the most "unprofessional "professional" I've ever worked with. PS: there was a bullet hole on our windshield? read more

Johnny Limo came to us by a recommendation for our wedding transportation. They were easy to contact and set everything up, at first. As our wedding date grew closer the communication dwindled. After several emails, and then phone calls our wedding transportation was confirmed 24 hours BEFORE the ceremony. After confirming the times and locations, the limo was then late to pick up the bridal party. We also did not receive the BRAND new limo we had been contracted to have. Instead the groom got a phone call the morning of our wedding and was told that we would be using two VANS to transport our wedding party. I can only speak for my husband and myself, we are very disappointed in the customer service, respect, and service that was delivered. Sent me an 11 passenger vehicle when I booked a 12 person party bus, which appeared to be a limo-like interior online per the photos and not an actual van with just lights. Several details overlooked - Driver was 10 minutes late, booked me on the wrong date and sent me an incorrect invoice twice before correcting it, driver did not call to confirm as promised, promised a cooler on the vehicle and there was none. Staff was easy enough to work with until I called to complain upon our return as I did not want to take away from the night earlier on and the owner was very defensive.
