If you are new to Indian food a great place to start is Butter Chicken and Tikka Masala. As you start to understand the flavor profiles you interests will grow. If you have questions you can use AI to look up what the dishes might look like and flavor profiles. Another great option is to find a friend who enjoys Indian food and they help with flavor profiles. The ready made food they keep a series of finger food, naan ( flat bread) and specialty items. Then they have a separate cabinet for cakes and sweets. I would stress to be conscious of your spice levels. My preference is hot and I enjoy the heat. When trying new Indian dishes I get mild because they blend the spices and it can seem spicer. Yogurt and naan bread can help with this. Right now, we are working our way through this massive menu trying to find that dish that calls out to us. It's a darn tasty process.
