THEY SAVED THANKSGIVING!!! AWESOME EXPERIENCE - We needed a plumbing repair for a rental property…read morewhere the pipe busted and the water had to be turned off the day before Thanksgiving. That morning they responded to my request starting around 6:30 am and he was at the house with the repair completed by 10 am. Not only were they fast they were a great communicator! Since this was a rental house and we don't live there he did a great job of showing us photos of the problems and the repairs he had completed. All this for a very fair price. Don't let the name on yelp fool you, like it did me, they are a plumbing, electrical and landscape company. I'd highly recommend and we will be using them for our future jobs.

From the moment I met the owner Chris to working with his landscapers Justice and Marty, the entire experience was remarkably pleasant. Every question was answered, every phone call was returned and every thing I asked them to do or change came back with a polite "yes ma'am"! They are attentive to the major project but also to every last small detail. It's obvious they take pride in their work and strive to take care of their customers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to improve their landscaping.

I highly recommend Chase at Mid Coast home Inspections…read more I am buying a new home that is an older home and I live out of state so the inspection was done while I was away. Chase delivered a very detailed report and pointed out all of the facts about the property. I still am amazed at how much information the report included and to top it off he actually went over it with me by phone so I could better understand some of the things that he covered in his report. The inspectors job is to be neutral writing the information about a property. He is neither for the seller or the buyer he's just pointing out what he finds and writes it in his report so that you have the information at hand to make informed decisions. I highly recommend Chase and I'm very happy with his report and detailed information about the property plus he took the time to explain everything he found to me in a way I could understand!!!!

If there were times I couldn't talk over the phone, he was quick to text back and answer my questions. He is also very reasonably priced, and informative on pricing. We were never taken by surprise by anything. I highly recommend Chase at Mid Coast Home Inspections to anyone needing inspections in the area!
