All I said is I called and left a message several times, giving my number to the person who ansswered and had it repeated. This Sue said they didn't because she couldn't understand the number, but they called me back before? And, I am sure I made an appointment, but I assume the girl didn't book me as I had to go but AGAIN said I would call back, which I did. The person who answsered the third time wasn't even part of the office staff! I had wanted to see Dr. Oh as I heard good things about her, and I need a doctor that will take the time to not only examine me, but listen to my concerns. I told Sue that she is full of it, and hung up. She CALLED me back, and I immediately said I'd call the police. She said go ahead, I said yeah call me back and I will. He always amazes me with his vast wealth of medical knowledge. He not only sizes up my condition quickly, orders the right tests, and diagnoses with empirical and intuitive accuracy, but then can prescribe exactly the right medicine. He seems to have memorized the PDR (Physician's Desk Reference - the doctor's bible.). More than that, he is open to alternative medicine and treatments. While my PCP (Personal Care Physician) is right there, my cardiologist and urologist are right downtown 30 minutes away. They have an excellent online presence where I can schedule appointments, see lab results and exchange messages with my doctor and staff. The time saved from telephone holding is tremendous, and worth the price of admission. This technology really works. I feel integrated into their network, as all my doctors use the same site, called My PennMed. Now that I am finally catching up with my health maintenance delayed by Covid the past two years, I am feeling more confident that I am taking care of myself the right way again with the help of the PennMed health system. That sense of security is priceless in this day and age.

My wife had major mental status changes yet the doctor asked 5 questions of her and just ignored the problem despite me clearly explaining that something was. very wrong with my wife of 50 years. I called the office when I didn't hear from them regarding her blood work and was told several days after the blood work was done to "be patient", I never heard from them and once I called again I was told I was supposed to look at the patient portal.
