From the cleanliness of the office and amazing dental work of the staff. I want to start with the front desk staff. They are efficient, timely and able to give you pricing in minutes. I love their waitlist system for appointments where they will text you if a spot opens up! It's so much more convenient than a call when I'm busy at work. They are so easily reached and responsive- and very kind. For the assistants/ dental hygienists I cannot say more great things about them, especially my hygienist Jennifer. She does a phenomenal job, is sweet and kind- as well as makes sure the suction is working overtime so you don't feel like your drowning during the cleaning! Dr. Hatami is amazing. She is extremely competent, a dental artist. I came to have my front teeth looking better prior to my wedding and it was just amazing. I have had multiple cavities filled, teeth fixed (including a crown) and it has all been wonderful. She truly is an artist the way she crafts and creates the crowns/dental work. They use high tech instruments in the office and can really tell they stay up to date with new innovations in the field. I always joke but I truly mean it when I say that I love coming to the dentist because of this dental office. Dr Gilbert has lost all connection with his patients. You no longer get a personalized care plan, or even greeted at the door for that matter. It seems all he cares about is $$$ which is evident by the way they push cosmetic surgery (his brother is the surgeon). The front desk personnel are absolutely miserable. It's a bummer when you don't even get greeted when you enter the building, and just sit there for 15 min after your scheduled appointment, forced to watch videos of people getting liposuction. But in the event I was 10 min late, well you can read the messages they sent. Shuffled in, shuffled out, and if you're lucky you might see the Elusive Dr Gilbert, but if not you'll be told you can't speak with him, and he can't call you because he's just too busy. Like doing WHAT? You hardly see the dude.... I've brought multiple people to his practice and they've all said the same thing, and have independently decided to go elsewhere. I'd hate to throw out the baby with the bath water, but this place sucks. TLDR Walmart-esque experience, expensive, rude personnel, extremely harsh treatment, NOT GENTLE. Apparently they don't care about doing that at this dentist. I had an appointment for 1030 ok Nov 7th to pay out-of-pocket for bonding on two teeth. I arrived at 10:30 and waited 30 minutes until I was called by this time. I need to take another anxiety pill when I came into the room and was told I was going to have to wait even longer to be seen. I saw that there was multiple notes that were written on the chart and an including wrong time for check-in which they had stated was 1045 which was wrong it was 10:30 Without my consent or knowledge, they added two more procedures onto my chart which included two more fillings on the top teeth. When I asked why two more feelings were added to the procedure when that is not what I came for I was told "well that's what's on your chart and that's what you need " and could not give me an explanation. The dental hygienist was very aware. I was having a panic attack, I took my medicine in front of her because I had waited so long already and did not care. If you have to pay out-of-pocket here, please make sure you go and get multiple quotes. They were going to charge me over $900 for two bonding of the teeth. I went to a separate dentist that same day to talk to them and they were only going to charge me $140 per tooth. Today on Saturday November 8th, I received an automated message saying that I was a no-show and if I want to return to their office, I need to leave a deposits. That i had already missed 3 or more appointments. This was only 2nd visit to this dentist... okay... No phone call to see if you're OK and when would you like to return. Why would I return here in the 1st place? No customer service here. They obviously do not care about their patients. Don't waste your time and energy.
