I ended up trusting her and getting the veneers done which cost me around $13,000. Immediately when I saw them I was in shock from how horrible they looked. They were huge, so bulky, and super opaque, they looked comical. I had these for a year now and ever since I got them my gums were so inflamed and turning gray. I've been in constant pain, and had to get them fixed multiple times by them, but they were never fixed correctly. On top of this, I knew they werent sealed right because I always had a foul taste in my mouth from them and also felt them clicking in and out of place all the time. I brought these concerns up many times and it was never addressed properly. I finally am in the care of an amazing specialist who fixed me up! But he showed me scans of all the work shes done on my mouth and my jaw was dropped. None of the veneers were sealed and he said if i didnt get them fixed, my teeth would have all rotted out. He also pointed out a crown she did on me that was also done incorrectly and needs fixing. I reached out to her about her MALPRACTICE and for a refund to which she rudely declined. Save your money and do NOT give these scammers a dime.

They definitely have the best new technology in the office ( at least compared to other practices I went to previously). Got me in in 2 hours, with the staff staying well after their planned early exit at noon. Entire team was SO KIND, and GENTLE, and understanding I was at the end of my rope. Dr Drouin was amazing. Totally professional yet measured, thoughtful, and genuinely empathetic. No pain whatsoever. He personally called on the holiday weekend to check in on me. Consequently I was up a tree and had a cavity filled/ wondering why it was so expensive I later learned that a "fluoride" filling was permanently placed in my mouth. The office was aware that I declined ANY type of fluoride treatment at my cleaning. So let's install a slow releasing poison into my bloodstream instead?? No other dentist I've spoken of had heard of this, and are appalled that I was used in my filling without my consent. Fluoride is toxic and a poison which is proven to cause autoimmune diseases/ which any educated dentist should be aware of. A simple "Google" will provide this information. Unfortunately, many dentist choose to turn a blind eye in order to charge patients extra and in turn jeopardizing their patients long term health. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

His staff is wonderful. Top notch. They graciously deal with some of the physical problems I've developed, that can cause me to cancel at the last minute. Dr. Hill has always done a great job whether it's fillings, crowns, etc. He's very particular about doing a perfect job so the patient is comfortable and the end result feels right. Dr. Hill is a very nice man and I never want him to retire. ;-)
