I came across Cappiello and they came out quickly to give an estimate for our lawn care and we hired them. I called to have them come rip out some stuff and seed our lawn and they came out and did it no problem. They came every week pretty much the same time every week without fail, no issues, great work, nice workers, no problems. *Had a few issues getting in touch with them recently to do some additional work this year. Customer service is huge to me, and so after a phone message I received from their Coordinator explaining and sincerely apologizing for the inability to connect for that period of time- that immediately quelled my frustration with the company. It's important to be understanding and recognize that sometimes, life happens. I would still recommend Cappiello Landscaping based on their good work, and their professionalism.

On top of that, we had some areas we wanted to sod and touch up after living in the house for a little over a year, so we brought Dave over to offer suggestions and see what we could do. His team completed all of the following: -pulled up the remaining grass and put down the sod -re-stoned the front area against the house, creating a more eye-catching design that also provided more space for the bushes and plants -planted a new dwarf golden hinoki -replaced the rocks under some bushes with mulch -treated the new lawn -cleared the flower beds of weeds and mulched them -cut and placed sod to replace flower beds that we were previously struggling to keep free of weeds We were kept up to speed on when to expect things to be done and how much everything was going to cost, and I felt that Dave respected my budget. We will continue to use Rustic Roots for our yearly maintenance and recommend them to anyone needing a landscaper for jobs that are both large and small.
