He agreed the invoice pricing was strange, but claimed to be unable to adjust it to have the bulk of the cost on replacement (which of course is the majority of work involved). Overcharged us, refused to update invoice so insurance could cover it, and then stopped responding. Will be sure no one I know calls this company.

Their price also included a 3 year service plan. The install was scheduled 3 days after I accepted the quote, others were scheduling 2-3 weeks out. On the day of the installation, the 128 crew arrived right on time, calling ahead to let me know they were on the way. They showed up with a four man crew, 2 installers for the mini-split and 2 electricians. The work was pristine, the wiring was neat, the unit was placed on a pad and looks great! The crew (Paul, Nedim, Nick & Connor) was extremely professional and curtious. The work was completed by 3pm same day. I am 100% pleased with the work and will be using them going forward for all my HVAC needs.
