Robert burns cut into fiberboard under my home which he was not authorized by the home owner to do and therefore this gross negligence caused fiberglass to contaminate my ducts and travel through all nine vents. This fiberglass I inhaled and got very sick and had to vacate my home and also shut the heating system down. I had no heat in the months following the service from February 3rd 2026. I had damage to my home and after calling the company they would not repair or fix the damage that their workers Robert Burns and Kevin McNally caused.
