A friend had recently used Dr. Park and suggested I see him for a consult. I knew before the consult was even over that he was perfect for me. He took time to listen to my concerns. He asked about my likes and dislikes, and then gave me some options and suggestions. He didn't rush through anything, and made sure I understood everything involved with the procedure. He has a passion for what he does, and it shows. The day of surgery, he was running behind due to complications with a patient before me. He came in and apologized, saying he takes his time and gets it perfect. I got the same treatment. My surgery should have been 3 hours (breast lift and implant exchange - I went smaller) but took 5 hours. He told my husband this was due to the repairs he had to make once he was in there. My husband said he even personally called that night to check in and see how I was doing. I am about 5 months post-op right now, and today's checkup was regarding a knot I have. As usual, Dr. Park did an exam, discussed his thoughts with me and made sure to explain it in detail and in a way I understood it. (No big medical terms that leave you walking out confused.) He also has a podcast that I listen to. It's very informative about different types of surgeries, as well as other procedures like botox, fillers, and the other services he provides at his office. I highly recommend seeking out a consult with Dr. Park if you're interested in making some changes or refreshers. He is very soft-spoken and kind, and I felt completely comfortable with him immediately. His staff is excellent and very friendly as well.

She gave me half the amount the plastic surgeon usually uses on me and charged the same amount of money! Also, the botox didn't take in half my face, so I was walking around with half my face frozen for months! It actually became a party trick. I only booked the appointment there because it was close to my home in Spring Hill and my usual place didn't have an appointment for a few weeks and she had several openings immediately. Now I know why. I paid what I thought was the full amount immediately only to get an invoice for the $90 weeks later. Apparently it isn't uncommon because the office staff asked me if I asked any questions while in the appt and that was probably the reason. Zero personality or usable advice was given.

I specifically asked about waxing while using the acne medicine he prescribed for me, differen. He said waxing was safe. I was waxed a week later and had awful burns on my face that were very painful. He said it must have been an allergic reactions, that he had never seen that reaction from waxing while using this product before. After more research I found this is a very common thing with this sort of medicine. I felt like I walked out with a lot of medicine and very little to no guidance and personally felt like I had inconvenienced him somehow. I called to let his staff know about the risk of this medicine and waxing. I will always do my research from now on and never trust the word of the doctor. I should have done that in the first place. Positive note: He is able to see clients the same day, the other dermatologist in this area were booked for months. His staff was very nice. They accept insurance. I will not be going back. Do not wax while on those sorts of medicines, I am lucky it didn't scar my face. There were 2nd and 3rd degree burns. I am now in the market for a new dermatologist if anyone can suggest one.

I arrived and the girl at the front desk very rudely informed me that I had been no-showed. The attitude was very uncalled for. So sad because other than that my experiences before have been great, have been going here for years. People should know that who they hire at the front desk is the face of their company.
