Only a week, and that was due to my work schedule. The office was spacious and clean as a whistle. All the staff I encountered were friendly and cheerful. This was my first time at a dermatologist, so I was given the full body inspection and passed with flying colors. I was told about the dangers and negatives of tanning beds after I confessed to using one this past summer, and she explained to me the effects it can have on my skin. She then addressed my concerns about two spots I had, and then she immediately froze them and said they'd fall off in about a week. They actually took 2 weeks, to the exact day, but they're gone now and that's all I care about. Overall, it was a great visit and great experience. I will continue to come here for my skin needs.

She gave me half the amount the plastic surgeon usually uses on me and charged the same amount of money! Also, the botox didn't take in half my face, so I was walking around with half my face frozen for months! It actually became a party trick. I only booked the appointment there because it was close to my home in Spring Hill and my usual place didn't have an appointment for a few weeks and she had several openings immediately. Now I know why. I paid what I thought was the full amount immediately only to get an invoice for the $90 weeks later. Apparently it isn't uncommon because the office staff asked me if I asked any questions while in the appt and that was probably the reason. Zero personality or usable advice was given.

Dr Park took time to listen to my needs and he crafted a personalized plan with options. He patiently revisited the plan the morning of my surgery and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my choices. Post operation he explained clearly what I should expect and his staff answered any questions I had. Throughout the process his staff was professional and courteous, going the extra mile to make me feel special as a patient and a customer. I am extremely pleased with the results and appreciate his offices kind support.

Once the swelling began to lessen I noticed my upper eyes looked the same except for the long scars. Perhaps there was not enough tissue to remove. If this was the case, I should have been informed at the consult. The lower (bags) were removed OK but replaced with scars that resemble a series of HHH's. The rims of my eyes on the outer edges have this webbed type scars where it looks like the upper and lower rims were stitched together. The outer edges of my eyes now are pinched down causing a downward smaller eye shape. The issue that concerned my eye Dr. was the fact that the rims of my lower eyes are pulled down and away from my eyeballs. I knew it wasn't right but once again Dr. Park said it was like we want it. Who is he trying to convince? Please beware. There are much better Plastic Surgeons to choose.
