One even administered meds that I was allergic to. So, I faithfully visit twice a year and in between I do anything and everything I possibly can to avoid the dentist. All staff is very friendly, patient, and do their best to put you at ease. Catch me on the way out, I'm always MUCH better then. They are careful to schedule appointments so insurance is not an issue. Hygienist is very gentle and wait times are minimal. All age groups are welcome. Other than the fact that this place is a dentist office, it's 5-star.

I made an appointment 6/2023 after a glowing recommendation from my sister…read more 1st Appointment 6/28/2023 - Xrays, light consultation, etc. 2nd Appointment 10/9/2023 - Consultation, cleaning. cancelled 2nd Appointment 11/06/2023 Deep cleaning, light consultation - Called to reschedule appointment and was charged $60 cancellation fee because I called inside of 48 hours. no problem since I agreed to pay it at the initial visit to them. 3rd Appointment 3/13/2024 - Cleaning, consultation (at this point I'm wondering of any real work will be done after this many visits.) 4th Appointment 4/4/2024 - 2 hours to repair 5 teeth which I have never done before. I'm 66 years old and take meds (water pill)for HBP, so that wasn't fun. I was embarrassed and kept apologizing for the inconvenience. I got up from the chair about 5 times within 2 hours. The Doctor and his assistant were understanding but the time it took was too many teeth for one visit. I felt miserable. The local anesthesia administration was painless. The chair was inverted and my feet were higher than my head which made for a very uncomfortable visit to say the least. The kindness of the staff is on point, but after this visit It took me several hours to recover. 5th Appointment (2024) - Which was going to be a 1 hour visit and because of my Spinal Stenosis which flared up after cutting the grass, I decided to reschedule. I was then told via test message that basically I have breached the cancellation policy and to find another dentist. The exact message is shown below: "We need 48 hour notice." "We have inactivated you from our office please look for another dentist. We only allow 3 cancelled appt." As a side note, I was told that the reason for the cancellation fee is because the Dentist in only in the office once a week. Wow!! It makes me wonder why so many visits were done before any real work was done. All and all, not a bad experience, just not a great fit for me. I guess I'll have to find an office that wont invert me in the chair and not charge me so much for cancellations.

HEED THIS WARNING: PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS LOCATION!…read more I am appalled, disgusted, and beyond disappointed by my experience at this establishment. From the very first interaction, it became painfully clear that this office operates with an abject disregard for customer service, respect, or basic human decency--especially toward African Americans. Let's start with the financial department, which is nothing short of a disgrace. The individual in charge of this area was shockingly rude, cold, and utterly devoid of the professionalism expected in any service-oriented business. It's one thing to prioritize payment--it's quite another to treat paying customers as though they are nuisances. The blatant lack of courtesy I experienced was not only unacceptable but offensive. The first time I visited, I begrudgingly chalked up the dismissive treatment to the fact that it was an emergency visit. However, the second visit erased any doubts I had about the systemic issues at this office. This time, I came prepared with insurance, yet I was still made to feel as though I was asking for charity. I waited for an unconscionable 90 minutes past my appointment time without a single word of explanation. When I sought clarity, I was met with dismissiveness so cutting that I left the office without even being asked if I wanted to reschedule. There wasn't an apology, a shred of empathy, or even the most basic pleasantry of "Have a nice day." It was clear they didn't want my business--and after this, they certainly won't have it. And let me be frank: this office is NOT welcoming to Black clients. Every non-Black patient who walked in seemed surprised, if not visibly uncomfortable, by my presence. The message was loud and clear: I didn't belong there. Their treatment only confirmed my suspicion. The discomfort I felt was palpable, and no one--not the staff, not the other patrons--made any effort to ease it. This is a disgraceful way to run a business in 2024, and it should be called out for what it is: discrimination. To the receptionist team--if you can even call them that--your behavior was deplorable. One individual attempted to force a façade of politeness, but I've lived long enough to recognize insincerity when I see it. You cannot cover up disdain with half-hearted niceties. The only redeeming factor in my entire experience was the dentist who assisted me on my first visit. She was kind and professional. But let me be clear: no amount of kindness in the back office can compensate for outright hostility and mistreatment at the front. I am an educated, discerning professional, and I demand better. This establishment's behavior is unacceptable on every level, and they should be ashamed to operate with such blatant disregard for Black customers. Losing my business is not just a loss of one client; it is a warning to countless others to stay far away. To the management, you have failed. I would like to hear directly from you as to why this is the standard of service you think is acceptable, especially for Black patrons. To anyone reading this review: spare yourself the anger, disappointment, and indignity I experienced. Take your business elsewhere, where you will be treated with the respect you deserve.

Last visit with a brand-new person polishing, but more so x-raying my teeth and jerking me around…read moreleft me with compromised neck and shoulder pain, so much so that I had to cancel out my next dental appointment. Today went much better, but the dentist was coming in to see me again, which I clearly stated I wasn't about to pay for since she saw me last visit, six months ago, so she was trying to play it off like she was only there to look over my x-rays, the same x-rays she saw six months ago, so what was going to change? LOL. I do feel bad for people without insurance who actually fall prey to this shit though. She sent me to a specialist prior to that who pulled my tooth and then informed me I need an implant, the dentist, mind you, months afterwards, not the specialist -- $$ -- cuz "my tooth has no ledge to sit on" and offered to do a bridge and/or a root canal on another tooth "that will hopefully last me at least a year" to the tune of over a grand. Are you even kidding me?!? Oh, another $500-plus for a mouthguard. Don't get ANY work done unless absolutely necessary, boys and girls. It is a dog-eat-dog business at this establishment. I am so sorry my former dentist, who was genuine and seemingly honest, retired.
