They were prompt during the quote, many other local companies would not return my voicemails during that process. Others were outrageous, one in particular, which is close to my house, was STUPID CRAZY. Any who, when Kmitt's arrived for the job, it was the same guy, Pat, who quoted the job. Not a salesman, I did not have to reiterate with the guys what was originally quoted. And that's a biggie! They went over the branches and rooting and corrected items I did not even consider. They removed all debris, the tree looked fabulous. My wife did not even recognize it. Super friendly, prompt, great attention to detail and AFFORDABLE!

He says, due to utility boxes near where I wanted a stump removed, he would call USIC, the Call 48 hours before you dig agency. He drove by the house to check if the underground lines were marked, and called them three more times!! Frustrating! Finally, after two weeks, the lines were marked, and he came out that afternoon. The stump was cleared out and cleaned up in no time. I handed him a check. Adam communicated with me the entire two weeks. Recommend.

After looking into every remedy and cost of tools we thought maybe we should go to the pros to get estimates before we buy supplies and tools. Adam was the first person we called and right off the rip he was responsive and honest. The day he went the property to quote us he called me gave me the quote and said he could knock it out that day. It was noon and there were at least 15 stumps that had to go so I was shocked at him being able to finish it that day. The price was beyond fair and when I went to the property to drop something off at 5pm lord behold he was done and already gone!! The yard looked amazing and he will be our first call when more land is cleared!

The workers completed the task in harmony and with such skill that there was very little wasted movement. We had a very tight site for the removal of three extremely large trees with limited laydown and setup space. I am writing this review to share how poorly I was treated by Mueller Tree Service this past week…read moreat my home in Hudson, OH. On June 9, I contacted Mueller Tree and spoke with Tom McCartney, the Sales & Operations Manager. I requested an estimate because a dead tree needed to be removed before June 17, as it threatened my neighbor's yard. Tom visited my home while I was away and messaged me the price along with photos and a detailed job description. I messaged him back and agreed to the price. Tom said he would send a crew on Saturday, June 13, around 12:00 p.m., to cut down the tree, and he would come on Sunday, June 14, to grind the stump. My husband saw the Mueller truck drive by before noon on Saturday. They stopped for a few minutes and then drove off. I called Tom around 1:00 p.m. to ask when the workers would arrive. Tom said the workers went by and told him the price he had given me was too low. He also asked for the name of the other company and the price they gave me. I declined to answer, telling Tom I agreed to his price and that I had already informed the other tree service that I accepted Mueller Tree to remove the dead tree. Tom then told me that the crew had no more room in their truck for the tree parts on Saturday and might be able to come on Monday or Tuesday, but the price may be double what he originally quoted me. I said I had a detailed, written price from him and agreed, so I believe the contract was binding. Tom said he would call me again later that day, but he never did. I recently saw signs for Mueller Tree in my neighborhood and decided to call them. Tom McCartney mentioned they had worked in the Hudson area and my neighborhood for many years, so I felt confident I would get the right information. I agreed on his price. I have all of Tom's texts, as well as the contract he sent. His actions, as well as those of Mueller Tree, are unprofessional; their pricing is deceptive. As a consumer, I find this unacceptable.
